I know court reads transcripts and not hear the audio but is it straightforward to use it? I saw a video on YT where advocate was saying its tedious process to get audio recordings foresnsically verified but what about these voice messages?

In late 2023, I became sick, and my aunt brought me to live with her out of state for medical care. While I appreciated her all of her support during my time in the hospital, I began to notice how controlling she would be: delaying my discharge (even refusing outpatient options) because she "didn't want to be a caregiver", overriding my decisions with doctors, using very private information I'd confided in her about against me to get her way and abusing her role as a social worker to gain influence over what medications I took. To the medical staff and to the family, she was the doting, caring aunt that was there for me, which I don't 100% disagree with.
After being discharged 4 months later, I found out I’d lost my apartment, credit, car, and had a lot of debt. I also learned about a large inheritance from my grandfather that my aunt was managing, which she only would only give me in small amounts to pay bills, refusing to help me save my car from repossession. So, I lost my car. She was ok with me filing for bankruptcy if it came to that (which I was not). I also owed thousands of dollars to my property manager due to my sister coming to clear out my apartment weeks after my lease ended and leaving it trashed. My aunt said I could live with her for "as long as I needed to", but had no plans for me and disregarded the plans I tried to make for myself to get back on my feet, like getting a job.
As I worked to rebuild my life and pay off debt, she did offer support—integrating me into her network and having them invite me social activities and drive me to medical appointments, allowing me to stay rent free and was involved in knowing my day to day—but she was still low key controlling. When I got the best job I could find, her ex husband happily lent me his extra car so I could make the long commute each day. Despite this, she repeatedly threatened to take back the car. She would guilt trip me or block efforts to assert my independence. I wasn't even allowed to fly out of state to retrieve my belongings, but at the same time she felt I "should at least see what's there and take back what you want." ???
If there were disputes I was dealing with, she'd side with me to my face, but behind my back she would build a relationship with that same person. I started to notice if she could get an emotional reaction out of me on a particular topic, she'd use that as gossip fodder to other family members and speak on my behalf on decisions I would try to make for myself. If I showed legitimate concern about things like my credit score or talk about how some of the family has treated me, she'd tell me to take a pill or that I was imagining things. After all that, I started to gray rock her and limit what I would share with her, which I don't think she liked.
I was fortunate to find a better paying job, ironically at the same place her daughter works, but it was cut short right before the holidays, which she knew was a huge blow. Despite that, I was still actively interviewing the whole time I started back working and after I got let go. When I asked for the remainder and an accounting of my inheritance, her stories would constantly change and so would the amounts. I also found out she was giving other family members my money behind my back, but she was framing it as a necessary expense that had to do with my bills. When I asked why she made those decisions, she would dig her heels in and basically said she was justified for doing it. To this day, I still don't know how much exactly I had or what all she spent it on outside of the Zelle's she sent me.
After all this, I feel as though she's taken advantage of my trust a lot.
The last straw was the unnecessary taking back of the car I was borrowing, which cut off my main lifeline. First the reason for taking it back was "well you aren't using it anyway because you're not working" and then it was "(Ex Husband) is too old." When I explained to her my use of the car, her ex's willingness to give it to me and offered to rent it or buy it, she agreed that her Ex was happy to lend it to me, but I still needed to give it back. She referred me to her daughter, who then demanded I give it back immediately. Her daughter essentially told me she didn't give a damn about my problems at all and she was supporting her mother, which caused a lot of tension.
So I'm stuck back at my aunt's house with nowhere to go, no job and no car.
It’s become clear that any attempts at independence are met with resistance or punishment. The problem is, I have $3,000 in bank and some of that will have to be used on means to get my belongings by the end of next month, and for uber rides. I want/need to move out, but I’m unsure how to do so without stable transportation or housing. I have to get my belongings out of state by the end of next month, and I’m actively looking for a job. How can I create a solid exit plan to leave by then? How do I conduct myself in the meantime while still living with her?
