I got my new Diletta Mio about two weeks ago and was content to see the machine consistently pulling shots at approx. 9 bar. At a certain point though, I noticed the machine started consistently pulling at 10+ bar and now it won't go below 10 bar even under ideal conditions.
At times where I ground way to fine and/or over-dosed (I've been experimenting) the machine may have gone up to 13+ bar.
Is it normal for a machine's pressure to change permanently when it's new or in response to a particularly tough puck? I'm new to espresso so I'm hesitant to adjust the OPV. Fortunately, the Mio has an external adjustment as I understand, even though the manual literally doesn't mention anything about how to adjust it.
At this point, am I doing something that is causing the higher pressure? Or should I just manually adjust it back down to 9 bar? Should I expect this pressure fluctuation to be a common occurrence?

The start of this situationship was pretty good, i had no complaints. Since she indirectly said through her sharedpost na she ain't looking for a serious relationship and want to graduate first, plenty of times and she indrectly said that kasi nagpaparinig rin ako sa sp eh HAHAHA But I was willing to wait. So, a year passes and I had a problem with her, she started liking and sharing post that kinda fkd with me, the caption went like "having a date with mr.immapickyouupat7 and ignoring mr.wheredouyouwannaeat". I'm not specifically sure if that is it. But yeah, I asked her about this and said it was only for clout and I was like okay🌝. Also a few times she left me on seen or delivered and ignored me for days and even a week which was mostly fine for me, I know she busy, want to rest, and is graduating and also said she is like that. Now, she is sharing post about yearning men, her talking to other men captions, the wants she has for men like being muscular and sht and has tattos, an obsessive, touchy, man. like all that. I mean I can be that (working on the gym and have been on the gym for the past yr on and off). Like I can be that, but please tell me and if you are talking to other men, okay. please tell me also so I can just move on and not disturb you. I know my ego is getting pricked but I was communicating my sht when I had a concern and I was respecting the boundaries since also I did and have NOT have a relarionship before eveeerrrr, Literally no experience. She have been sharing post na "nakikipag usap raw sa ibang babae" and she added "he does" like is this me or your other men. I AM NOT FLIRTING WITH OTHER GIRLS, I have friends that I talk to that mostly are the one i grew up with or the ones I have made in college. She also has a sharedpost feelings the caption was like "girls, remember to d*e before you tell your feelings to a man". Like okay, I will not pry. I always try to ask her out, mind you. Last semester we only met once in person kasi palagi sya busy which again, I understand, We only met when we jogged that 1 time when holidays was coming and that was it, and she has barely or maybe even never asked me out. How can I love you the way you want when you can't even communicate like I ain't telephathic. It is so fkin 1 sided now, I don't know what I did, If I did something, we abrely even meet and talk nowadays. She been like this since after summer break i think. I even always send reels even if she ignoring me or whatnot. I honestly think this is fked, I love her but I don't know about her, funny thing is I barely know anything about her. Also I noticed she had sharedposts about her past love life and I think she's traumatized or laughing about it. I don't actually know and I am confused.

2025.01.20 07:51 Nintendoge21 Can't decide between three ideas for a potential webcomic I've always wanted to write
Basically what the title says. For a while now I had several ideas I've been interested in for my webcomic, but I can't figure out which one to pursue.
First one is a world inspired by Hunter x hunter andand somewhat inspired by eastern philosophy that utilizes a magic system similar to nen called qi that primarily uses the concept of Qigong and the five chinese elements as part of the power system.
Second one is a shonen anime esque world where there are parasite who sneak into a person's dreams and feed on them until the person is drained of their life force and dies, while special people hunt these parasites by going into an infected person's dreams, (which will be heavily warped into nightmares to bring out the victims deepest fears to keep them trapped) and killing them using special powers that can only manifest in other people's dreams that have a system similar to stands from JoJo. It will also significantly involve the presence and idea of the "sandman" at one point.
Third one is an idea based around the functioning of assassins in the world (Inspired from wanting to expand on scissor seven's idea of assassins and the assassination techniques/idea of assassination in general shown in hxh) and exploring the idea of what it really means to kill people for a living and adhering to what an assassin is supposed to be like, which inevitably clashes with a person's humanity (assassins never showing emotion/using it on their mission, always being obedient to their jobs, never pestering into other people's business/reasoning for their kills, etc.)

I’ll be spending 14 days in Japan, including 3 days in Osaka, and I’ve put together this itinerary for my time there. I wanted to ask for some advice: does this plan seem like too much or too little for the days? Are there any must-see spots I’ve missed, or anything on this list that might not be worth the time? I’d love to hear your thoughts!
Here’s my current itinerary:
Day 1: • Namba: Hozen-Ji and Yasaka Jinja • Den Den Town and Shinsaibashi Park • Pokémon Center • Nipponbashi • Dotonbori
Day 2: • Morning trip to Kobe (and lunch) • Osaka Castle • Umeda Sky Building
Day 3: • Katsuo-ji Temple • Osaka Tenmangu Shrine • Kema Sakuranomiya Park • Hirakata T-Site (is still a maybe for me. I’m a big book lover, and the photos of the place look absolutely amazing, but I’m unsure if it’s worth the trip)

hi everyone I would like some feedback as my family members have turned their backs away from me for good…
I am 19 as of right now and all my life I was abused by my father physically and mentally. Now the threats have gotten worse over the past years and he has threatened to shoot me and put a bullet in my head. He sends me text messages with threats written and has sent threats to my boyfriend as well. I have proof and audio recordings.
I had the courage to write a police report but I would like to know whether I can sue him for emotional distress? My family members do not have my side as my dad has provided for everyone and paid for everything and they will not turn their backs away from him. I am in a shitty position as me creating a police report has gotten me kicked out of the house and no where to go. I don’t have much to my name as well
