I’ve been struggling with addiction to pornography for years, and it’s been a heavy burden on my heart. Recently, I’ve been trying to quit, but the struggle has been overwhelming, and lately I’ve encountered a major relapse
I know this is something that goes against God’s plan for us, and I truly desire to break free and live a life that honors Him. I’m reaching out to this community because I know many of you have wisdom and experience that might help.
Do you have any advice or resources for overcoming this struggle? How can I stay strong in moments of temptation?

Hi all,
As decisions are rolling in, I’m looking ahead for opportunities to boost my application for next cycle if I don’t get in anywhere this time. Looking at the NIH PREP program, it seems like the perfect way to gain research experience that’s more thorough and related to my chosen field than what little I was able to do in undergrad.
However, I have come to understand that NIH PREP is aimed predominantly at underrepresented minorities, which I am not. It’s somewhat unclear how strict this is, and it seems to vary a bit by program- some seem to imply this as a requirement and others a suggestion.
Has anyone here had any luck to applying to these programs as a non-URM? Thanks!

I have to stop, as my binges get heavier and become more often.

Currently on Day 5, with surgery day being Day 0.
It’s 2:30 a.m., and I’m starting to experience some unpleasant mental health symptoms. My brain keeps thinking the pain will last forever, lol. I’ve been sleeping 2-3 hours at a time since Day 1 and then waking up. Plus, my dreams are completely wild! It’s crazy.
I’m in extreme pain in my ears, and my throat feels like it’s on fire on the left side! On the right side, it still feels like having tonsillitis, but on the left… what the heck, it feels like my throat is literally burning.
Taking so much medication is starting to scare me. Can I overdose, lol? I’m taking Dilaudid every 4 hours, extra-strength Tylenol every 6 hours, and Celebrex morning and night. I’m completely constipated and still can’t eat anything except cold soup, jello, and soft-boiled eggs. 😫
I know there’s a lot of shared experiences out there, but I really need your personal feedback and tips. At the same time, having a community that’s gone through what I’m living right now is so reassuring! (I’m 27, and my doctor looked me straight in the eyes and said, “It’s going to hurt ;)”… but wow, I never imagined it would be this painful, especially with the ear pain.)
I have a high pain tolerance but wow…

When I stampede sometimes I hit a pack and then when I go to stampede again I just kinda shuffle in place and it uses my mana without moving me or doing any damage. This is literally 90% of my deaths, I go in everything stuns then I just fucking sit there until they wake up and kill my ass.
What is happening and how do I fix it. I feel like if Stampede worked every time I pressed it the class would be tolerable.

I was looking at the Cornell ones, but they seem to be more about North America. Can someone recommend one that is more focused on European birds?
