Hello I am currently dogsitting for someone and I need help. I have a dog of my own who is sensitive to some degree but the dog I am dogsitting for a month is quite a bit more sensitive to sound and any other sort of stimulus; the biggest reaction arising when she knows I'm about to leave the house. She starts barking at night out of nowhere and she overall seems very nervous. It's also not like she's ever met me, I've known her for over a year now with very frequent interactions. I tried playing with her but she guards her toy away from me. What should I do?

every time now that i put my baby in the bassinet he scares himself awake, throws his head and arms around and then i can’t get him back to sleep. i’ll never tuck his arms into a halo swaddle ever again bc he somehow pulled it up over his face, i just don’t want to swaddle his arms at all with anything, especially since he likes to eat his hands and self soothe, and i have a sleep sack but it doesn’t really help much. and he won’t take pacifiers like ever, only gets comfort from the boob, but then throws up the milk he eats (and he’s on medicine for reflux but doesn’t work as long as i’d like it to) which also wakes him up every single time. usually when i do swaddle his arms in it helps, but i want something that is actually going to keep him from startling himself. like wtf do i do about his head? i’ve put like rolled up burp cloths on his sides in the bassinet or a rolled up blanket just to keep him in place which does work, cuz without it he will roll onto his side (he does not move when he has that in there), but i know it’s supposed to be empty. what in the hell can i do that’s safe n will fix the problem? he’s 2.5mo old. any suggestions on sleep sacks or anything? i kinda want to get him a love to dream swaddle n put his arms up in it but how do i keep him from throwing himself around.. safely? please help.

This is pretty recent (my diagnosis) so I'm trying to figure it out (not very good at it tbh) I don't know why but sometimes I stop taking my meds (quetiapine and lamotrigine)
I know this affects me but like idk
I haven't taken them for 2 days and yes I slept for like 4 hours and yes I spent two hours crying today but like idk I should be sleeping rn
Maybe I'm not bipolar. Sometimes I feel like I'm pretending does that make any sense? Do you guys think I should talk to my psychiatrist about this? As in contact her rn?

2025.01.20 07:50 CypherDaimon My take on relics and synergies
 | Serquets stinger is best used with fast weapons Amaterasu's sun is best used with slow weapons Catalyst boosts damage for both these relics and incandescent telescope has great synergy with these relics. Glowing ember is best used with fast weapons. Red sand hourglass is best used with slow weapons. Ambrosia and rage tincture are really powerful together especially during boss fights. Aite's sword is excellent for scars and if you are going into a tough boss fight you can set up going into the fight with the sword. Cosmic insight and Zealots ring are incredibly powerful together. Flame barrier, blaze bellow and lucent beam will have the Zealots ring damage bonus as long as they are active. This can really eat up a bosses health bar. Antikythera has excellent synergy with soul tether, voltaic circlet and star sling which dramatically increases magic damage. Herons ring and Ravens ring are really good, 25% more damage at 100% resolve and if you have two that's 50% more damage. Thats a huge increase in damage for a low resolve cost. Grave bell seems underwhelming but keep in mind if you take two that's a 50% chance of avoiding death blows. Atropos' scissors, Clothos' spindle and Obelisk have great synergy. Obelisk alone is equivalent to taking 8 lucky roller runes, with a character like the assassin who gets 10% super crit chance this is very powerful. Even the barbarian can benefit from the obelisk. Silk slippers, weighted anklet and steel toed boots have good synergy for spin kicks. For those new to the game Coetus shell is very useful for taking blessings of life because it blocks the damage. Later in the game it becomes less useful when you have a larger health pool to start the game. Keep in mind the serrated handle does not increase your armor, this makes you take far more damage. Relics I always take are Transmogrificator, War drum, weird mushrooms, Dreamcatcher, Obelisk, Ravens ring and Herons ring. 2025.01.20 07:50 WunkSmoker It’s been a couple of weeks since my last update; here are the outer walls of the Fallout 3 Citadel! They just need a few more final touches and a coat of paint, but I’m happy with how they’ve turned out!!
 | The main body is made of XPS foam. The windows are 3D printed bits, while the H-beams and roof pieces are polystyrene modeling products. The sheet metal is just corrugated paper. Obviously it’s a bit stylized and some creative liberties were taken, but overall I think it looks great! Next steps are going to be a set of inner walls to give the illusion of a larger structure, and dressings around that middle opening where the door will go. Basically is it possible to rip the audio from a disc and then manually edit the individual channels in audacity to bring certain parts of certain channels down in the film?
I’ve never ripped a disc but being able to make my own “comfortable viewing at home” mix, makes this whole plex/jellyfin thing a lot more intriguing.
This seems hacky, which it totally is, but there are times when I just don’t need a gunshot to be 5 times louder than all the dialogue and other sounds, I know guns are loud.

But I think she doesn't love me as much as I love her and I don't know why but it hurts. Like I want to meet with her or talk with her on all my free time and she seems like she loves talking to me too but if I don't call her or text her she never meets me or talks with me. I just want to share my story in case someone will be googling MAMI2009 agency or Martin Knol.
The most unprofessional and deceitful agency we've ever encountered—it’s essentially a scam operation. Martin, in particular, is an outright disgrace: rude, incompetent, and completely untrustworthy. Here’s what happened:
He promised to handle all the required paperwork for renting out our house but completely failed to do so.
He claimed he would assist with receiving an IKEA delivery. Instead, he hit us with an outrageous invoice for his so-called "service" and took all the rental income to cover it. We didn’t see a single cent during three months of collaboration.
His behavior was consistently disrespectful—he told me to "shut up," claimed I didn’t understand the situation, and flat-out refused to provide any help when issues arose.
On top of that, he actively sabotaged our relationships with neighbors by being rude and creating unnecessary conflict with the comunidad.
My advice: Do NOT engage with Martin or his agency. He’ll lure you in with a polished pitch during the first meeting, but it’s all a façade. Once you sign on, he’ll take your money, treat you disrespectfully, and do absolutely nothing to fulfill his commitments. Avoid at all costs.

2025.01.20 07:50 Ketmol Late endgame is very good but the early end game very bad
Let me alaborate.
The early experience of endgame is in my opinion not good at all. The late endgame however is super fun.
I play co-op with my gf and we were about to quit at t3-t4. Only reason we powered through up to t15 was that there wasn't any other game at the moment that we felt like playing.
The campaign is good. Some maps, especially in act 3 are to big in my opinion, but other than that, it's rewarding and you feel meaningful progression but as soon as you hit t1 maps that changes. t1 to t10 something maps are really not rewarding for several reasons.
The lot is bad, the progression slow, there is only one objective, do more maps. At that point your character is still not that powerful so clearing maps is rather slow and you need to do a ton of them. The loot is bad because it's t1, you haven't gotten much towers unlocked yet, and if you have you don't have tables (and for a lot of new players it might not be obvious that you can buy good tables from the market, it wasn't for me at that time) And on top of it, it is, for the same reasons loot is bad, hard to sustain waystones to climb.
So early endgame, loot bad, progression bad, variation of gameplay bad
Lets compare it to when you hit t13-14 and especially t15
Your map start to get meaningful progression towards pinnacle bosses since splinters drop in rather large quantity, map boss difficulty, expedition logbook maps, the loot is good, it is easy with waystone sustain, (a lot of ways to get high waystone drop in the late engame, lot's of nodes in the passive tree, corrupted waystones can give 300%+ to waystone, tablets in towers etc)
In my opinion there is no problem at all with PoE2s endgame. It is super fun. The problem is that the endgame start at t15 and there is 14 tiers of not having fun after the campaign to get there
