Wondering which pieces I should pick up.
For a bit of background, classically trained for ~12 years, stopped playing around covid. I've been on and off with the piano but now I do want to spend a bit more time with it. I never had the best work ethic so despite having played for 12 years I'd say I'm mediocre at best. The books I found find in my house were Czerny "125 Exercises for Passage Playing" and the yellow "Library of Piano Classics" along with a few books of Chopin and Lizt. I've definitely regressed a lot but from muscle memory I'm able to play most of Arabesque by Debussy and Polonaises Op. 40 by Chopin still.

Recently discovered water running through my hot water system when no taps on, no sign of burst pipe anywhere in the house but the meter was ticking about a litre every few seconds.
Got a plumber out and ended up paying: 900 - leak detection 5k - repair 2 pipes that were embedded in the external wall/ concrete slab external Total $6k
Leak detection was 1 guy for about an hour. The rest of the job was 2 guys for about 5-6 hours, cut a hole in the bricks and concrete, fix the leaks and then fill patch up the holes.
At first i thought it was a bit pricey but reasonable since the guys seemed genuine, and the work would be tricky with the demolition etc.
But then he discovered that the mains tap didn't work properlyn and quoted 2.5k to replace so no on thinking they're either scammers or didn't want the second job.

I stopped smoking weed nearly 3 years ago. I suffer panic attacks and was advised weed made it worse. Turns out, I still suffer panic attacks and now my chronic pain is at an all time high. I’ve been prescribed medical marijuana and have started smoking again except my tolerance is on the floor and I’m struggling to enjoy a smoke without being out of it for the first hour. I know I need to keep smoking to gain a better tolerance but any other advice for the first hour? Also, before I used to smoke with tobacco but now I’m just smoking pure. I have two times before I’m done. I just wanna enjoy a zoot again
