Hallo, habe 5 Chromax 140 Gehäuselüfter. drei Front einer hinten einer oben hinten. als CPU Kühler habe ich den noctia d15 im fractal north xl. die Lüfter sind bei mir bis 35% noch sehr leise aber nicht unhörbar. ab 40% deutlich wahrnehmbar. bin da sehr empfindlich. wie wichtig ist es das die Gehäuselüfter hoch drehen oder reichen 500-600 rpm aus. die CPU und GPU temps sind immer ähnlich. reicht es das sie einfach frische Luft hinein schaufeln?

Yesterday was payday, and I managed to get through most of the day without gambling, even though I knew it would be a trigger. But late at night, around 11:00 PM, unable to sleep (thanks to too much caffeine), I decided to throw in $25. Unsurprisingly, that $25 quickly turned into $250 lost. It’s not the amount that upsets me, it’s much less than I’ve lost in the past. What’s bothering me is why I allowed myself to open the website in the first place, knowing it was a trigger. I could try to comfort myself by saying at least I stopped before it got really out of hand, but I don’t want to. I want to feel the shame, anger, and disappointment because I believe those feelings will help me refocus on my recovery. This is my note and reminder to myself: do better, you’re worth it.

Hello I need some help I just bought TL-PA7017 KIT and RE 305 extended x2. My second floor doesn’t get connect to the main router so I have try with RE 305 but still not enough sometimes disconnect my Tapo c200. So I thought about powerline and bought TL-PA7017. I setup from powerline to extended with Ethernet cable is didn’t work. So I try again but this time powerline in to RT-ax53u router and it work but the speed both 2ghz WiFi and 5 ghz WiFi is very slow 2ghz 2/2 mbps 5ghz 10/10 mbps. Normal speed 100/100 mbps. I understand that I can’t get maximum speed but I just want at least is stable enough for chromecast (only watch 1080p) and security camera.

Here’s the situation:
- Column A contains information like this:
22070_44979_220108955_45799.76 - Cell B2 contains values like
AC/22070
- A formula that can match the value in B2 (ignoring the "AC/" part) to the values in Column A.
- If there's a match, I would like to bring
44979with the date format. - If there are multiple matches in Column A, I want it to return all of them in a similar format.

I (23F) have been in a long-distance relationship with my boyfriend (24M) for almost 3 years. We met during undergrad in our home country, and he was in his final year while I still had 2 more years to go. At the time, he knew he was going to the US for a PhD, but he pursued me anyway and did everything to win me over. I told him I didn’t want a temporary relationship or to continue something long-distance, but we still got together.
Two months later, he left for the US. Despite my initial reservations, we kept texting. After 9 months, I broke up with him because I wasn’t fully invested and felt like I was wasting his time. But those two days apart made me realize how much I cared about him, and we got back together. Since then, our connection has deepened. He visits me during holidays, and every time we meet, we grow closer.
Now, as I’m finishing my master’s, I had initially planned to apply for PhDs in Europe. However, I chose to apply to US programs near him and got accepted in the same state, albeit a different city. While I’m excited, I can’t help but think about what would have happened if I hadn’t applied to US universities.
I want to clarify that I’m planning to pursue my PhD regardless of him—I worked hard for this opportunity, and I’m excited about this next chapter in my life. But these questions and my constant overthinking are killing me:
- Why does it feel like I’m the one always making the big adjustments for our relationship?
- Would our relationship have lasted if I had prioritized my academic goals in Europe instead of moving closer to him?
On top of that, I’m also kind of scared. I’ll be moving to a place where I have no one except him, and even then, we’ll be in different cities. He has an older brother nearby, but I feel nervous about starting over somewhere completely new without much support.
Sometimes, I feel this strange urge to break up, move there, and conquer everything alone—to succeed, grow, and see what I can achieve by myself. I question whether I’m exaggerating these feelings and wonder if I should just go with the flow and stop overthinking.
I love him deeply, but Idk. Am I being unreasonable or selfish for feeling this way? How do I navigate these feelings and ensure I’m not losing myself in this relationship?
Any advice would be appreciated.
