So growing up, I remember eating these “Hostess Breakfast Bars”, primarily loving the blueberry and raspberry flavors. I was talking to my coworker and told him about these breakfast bars. I tried to show him an image or even an article about them, but they’re NO WHERE to be found. I can’t even find an article or ad on the wayback machine to see if they even existed!
Did anyone else ever eat these? Or have an image of them? They got discontinued in the mid 2000s. For reference- the actual bar looks very similar to the nutrigrain bars. My dad would buy them at the hostess bread outlets while I was growing up.

I had read a story in my childhood. Maybe you have read it too. In it, a merchant has a lazy donkey. The merchant loads salt sacks every day and the donkey causes him losses by jumping into the river every day. One day, to teach him a lesson, the merchant fills the sack with cotton instead of salt. Now how would the donkey know that cotton soaks up water and becomes heavier than before (the donkey was not a science student). He jumped out of habit and when he learnt his lesson by drowning or his owner felt pity for him, he took the donkey out. Now further:
The donkey understood that this owner is very smart. All this will not work in front of him. Now he reformed and started working diligently. When the owner's profits started increasing, he bought three more donkeys. To increase intimacy, he named all four of them: Sahil, Vikas, Nalin and Manoj.
In due course of time, the owner died due to age-related diseases. Those four donkeys met the owner's son. The son could not learn the tricks of the trade from his father. The four donkeys sensed this. In front of their new owner, they would pretend that they were working but when they were alone, Sahil and Vikas would show their power. Nalin would try to mediate but when this became a daily routine, he too left them to their fate. Manoj was still loyal to his owner. He would tell the owner every day what happened in his absence. The owner was somehow managing to get along with them.
The business went down due to the owner's negligence and the animals' laziness. Now it became difficult for the owner to raise all the four animals. He thought of selling one. The owner's son, who was just 10 years old, had developed a fondness for the animals. It is said that one's own 25 paise is dearer than someone else's rupee. Now the father could not prevail over the son. So finally a compromise was reached. The father decided that all the work would be taken from one donkey. In return, he would be given the most food. Now it was time to choose.
Nalin was out of this race right from the beginning because now he has become almost blind. He has to take Manoj's help even to reach the thing lying right in front of him. He does not get along well with the other two. So Manoj was also out of the race. Now there was no point in choosing between two people, so it was decided that Nalin and Vikas would be taken to work for one month each. Both were extremely lazy. They did not want to do any work, they were only interested in eating. Once again. Both of them used to find faults in each other's turn, but when their turn came, it was the same old story.
Manoj's situation was different. Now whoever got more grass, Manoj would obey him. Now he had stopped informing the owner. Now he would provoke his owner as he wished. The owner was very upset that his donkeys were not working. In this trouble, the owner died.
When his son took over the reins, he bought a car on loan and sold those donkeys to a neighbor. Now he was free from these daily hassles. Now he used to curse these donkeys from his house every day that they are of no use, they are useless, they are idle. He used to be happy that even though he had taken the car on loan, at least his business was going well.
Even today there are many people who are troubled by these donkeys, but what to do, the poor people do not have the capacity to buy a car, so they are somehow managing to live. Those who buy a car once, they come out of this illusion and enjoy the fun of the people who are left inside. Don't know how long this will continue.

I (25M) just left a law firm job where I have been non-stop crushing on my co-worker (32F) for the last (1.5 years) and I’m wondering if her giving me a sticky-note with her number means anything.
Ever since she joined the firm, I’ve had a pervasively fat crush on her. I can’t help but not glance at her whenever I hear her voice or see her at the corner of my eyes. It doesn’t help that her features are all completely alluring to me. I don’t believe it’s completely one-sided; I’ve caught her giving me quick glances, to which she innocently tries to avert her attention. More so, she has initiated conversations, given me flattering compliments on numerous occasions, and overall just gives me the feeling that she reciprocates some of my delusion.
Fast forward to my last day at the job. I’m readying to leave. I head towards her office for the final farewell. I am heartbroken and I accept that my fantasy feelings may never be expressed to her, ever. Hurriedly, She darts from her door to meet me halfway exclaiming that “I could not leave without saying goodbye to her” (as if I ever would!)
We hug and exchange kind sentiments. To my shock, she pulls a sticky note from her back - as if as if she has been preparing it beforehand and hands it to me. It has her number and a smiley face. She blurts out to me that I must contact her about the law school entrance exam, that she will be my recommendation, and that she is willing to help me study for the test or even tutor me. What’s completely taken me by surprise was how gung-ho she was to give me her number and how above-and-beyond she seems to be willing to help me prepare for a future as an attorney.
Should I take her gesture as a simple act of kindness towards a younger starry-eyed law school prospect? Or am I not as truly delusional- that she may reciprocate any semblance of deeper feelings for me?

Hi, I made guaranteed entry for Part II law and accepted my offer about a month ago when it came out. I put off my course enrollment until now to try and arrange my timetable so that it would work with my work schedule not realising there was a deadline of the 22nd Jan to enrol. I have been looking through different timetables for the courses I intend to take (all Part II law courses and Stats 108 in the first sem) for the last week or so, however I went to enrol properly tonight after receiving a warning email to enrol, and the website refuses to generate timetables. When I remove Law 201A (criminal law) it does still generate timetables. Removing Stats 108 does not affect anything. If 201A classes are full how is this possible? I thought the point of the quota for law students so that these classes don't get full.
What can I do? I've replied to the warning to say that the website refuses to generate timetables, and explained my situation. Super stressed and needing guidance.
