I think what bambu is pulling is very typical of many consumer electronics brands but they are making one huge mistake of not realizing that 3D printers are not consumer electronics.
For most consumer electronics, 90-95% don't care about the technical details as long as the device does what they expect. The other 5% enthusiasts also just give in after a little initial resistance.
For 3D printers, I think the figures are reversed. 5% are just consumers while 90-95% are enthusiasts who do care about the technical details. Those for whom a printer is a tool. While I've grown rather jaded and cynical when it comes to corporations. I have to hope that this does not blow over easily for Bambu.

So I want a period of no contact for a few reasons: to give my ex time to figure out what she wants, to give me time to figure out what I want. Part of me wants her back but part of me also wants to swallow up our breakup and accept what happened.
The problem is suggesting this could fuck up any chance of getting her back because she might not want no contact. The day she came to collect her stuff, we kissed, had some romantic and tearful moments and she later flirted with me over text. So she clearly gets feelings when in person. I was thinking of having a period of no contact with the intention to meet up after it and discuss what we really want. The trouble is we have broken up A LOT of times to the point where it’s been very toxic and now in her messages she indicates she doesn’t want to be with me, but nothing is concrete as she hasn’t been too explicit and I haven’t actually asked yet if we should give us another go.

Ako ima tu neki odvjetnik/ca koji mi mogu samo reći da li ima smisla žaliti se na sljedeću situaciju ili ne.
Dakle, imamo malu trgovinu u kojoj se desilo da je porezni inspektor došao i kupio nešto te nije dobio račun. Vratio se sa zapisnikom na kojem je pisalo da je otišao do ureda, provjerio u svojoj aplikaciji i utvrdio da taj račun u to vrijeme nije vidljiv ni u aplikaciji gdje on vidi fiskalizirane račune.
E, sad, mi smo provjerili i kod nas je vidljivo da je račun izdan točno u to vrijeme i da je fiskaliziran. Kad je on naknadno provjerio i on se uvjerio da je to točno. Dakle račun za njegovu robu jest izdan i fiskaliziran. Zašto ga nije dobio? Jer imamo mobilni Internet koji šteka te se često desi da kasa neko vrijeme pokušava fiskalizirati račun, ako ne uspije, izbaci račun te ga naknadno fiskalizira čim se spoji na Internet. To je jedino moguće objašnjenje zašto on nije vidio taj račun fiskaliziran u svojoj aplikaciji odmah, a postao mu je vidljiv kasnije.
Osim toga, na zapisniku je napisao da je s njim bila još jedna inspektorica, a došao je sam i kad je kupio robu i kad se vratio sa zapisnikom. Kazna je naravno ogromna, ako se plati odmah, onda je to 2 trećine od iznosa.
Da li je bolje platiti odmah te 2 trećine ili ima smisla pisati žalbu? Da li je moguće da nakon žalbe dobijemo veću kaznu od trenutne? Koliko košta da odvjetnik napiše žalbu?
