Ik wil graag een persoonlijk verhaal met jullie delen en meteen een oproep doen aan iedereen die net zo enthousiast is over hardlopen als ik.
Ik loop al jaren regelmatig wedstrijden. Dat vind ik geweldig, maar ik loop steeds tegen een paar dingen aan:
- Ik mis soms inspiratie voor nieuwe wedstrijden.
- Ik kwam er soms te laat achter dat een leuke race al was volgeboekt.
Maar… ik wil meer.
Ik wil van Nextrace niet alleen een kalender maken, maar ook een plek waar hardlopers samenkomen om ervaringen te delen, elkaar te inspireren en te helpen. Denk aan:
- Een forum om te praten over wedstrijden, training en alles wat met hardlopen te maken heeft.
- Een koppeling met Strava, zodat je jouw races direct kunt koppelen aan je profiel op Nextrace.
- Mogelijkheid om reviews te schrijven over wedstrijden die je hebt gelopen, zodat anderen weten wat ze kunnen verwachten.

This girl on instagram exposed how she received a fake offer letter from a fake company during her placement in masters union. Not only did she wasn’t able to join the original company, the negotiated an offer from another company using the fake company’s offer letter. The company and the offer letter being fake, she was fired from the second company because she was blamed to be forgering documents.
Imagine being a fresher and have wasted 25 lakhs for nothing. I doubt that even some of the shady iims might also get fake offers just to increase their numbers.

Did Snape help Lily in Potions so much in years 1 to 5, before she dropped him, so as to help her become one of Slughorn's favourites in years 1 to 5, and succeed in the wizarding world and give her more value dead than alive to Voldemort and the Death Eaters?
We know that Gryffindor and Slytherin have Potions together in Harry's time. So it's not inconceivable that it was the same in Snape and Lily's time.

2025.01.20 13:00 Jazzlike-Score-2095 Frustrating flight
Yesterday, I had, quite possibly my worst flight experience. Before boarding the aircraft, I had a chicken sandwich as I was hungry. I went to sleep on the plane and when I woke up, I was violently ill. I later realised it was food poisoning. Anyways, somehow made it through the 2 hour flight but I still had a layover of 6 hours.
The layover was uneventful. Boarding the next aircraft for my 8 hour flight, I was fighting for my life. The plane takes off. Person in front of me decides to recline their seat all the way back. So I decide to recline my own seat. Person behind me starts kicking and pushing my seat the whole trip. This was an adult as well, not a child. To make matters worse, this person was playing rap music so loud, I could hear it and couldn't fall asleep.
If it was any other day, I would've said or done something about it but because I was fighting for my life, trying not to shit myself, I decided to firm it. Oh, and I paid for the airplane WiFi just for it to not work for like 1/4 of the flight.
Sorry for the rant. Had to get it off my chest.
