2025.01.20 13:00 Brownboysea Ever since I clean installed W11 on my new laptop, the display on some images/videos , including the main default desktop have been looking like a cheap monitor with some blurry or pixelated or with ridges.
 | I’m not sure if you can see clearly in these pictures. The main desktop display has ridges or shades of radiating lines. The first picture is loaded in 1080p from the chrome browser, and it looks a bit blurry and pixelated. Hi everyone,
I just got my A-level results,im from brunei and thankfully, they're enough to apply for a government loan to study abroad. However, I’m not looking into scholarships because I don’t want to be bonded with the government since its much harder and narrower in brunei in terms of opportunities, and honestly, my results aren’t competitive enough compared to others.
The issue is that the loan scheme its called SBPP and it requires a "penjamin" (guarantor) from any family members, but I come from a low-income family, and my parents aren’t very supportive of this idea.
I really want to pursue my studies abroad, and I’m determined to pay the loan back once I secure a job after graduating. But right now, I’m unsure how to approach this or what steps to take.
Has anyone been in a similar situation or have any advice on how I can make this work?

2025.01.20 13:00 volcanoalien How deep does the needle go (auto injector)?
Hey everyone,
For the first time I self-injected xolair (3rd dosis) with the prefilled auto-injector. However, i’m worried I did not push the needle deep enough into my skin. I don’t remember how deep it went at the hospital. Did it hurt you, when you put the needle in? How deep did you ram it in?
I do have a tiny needle spot visible, but it looks more like I only poked it. It didn’t really hurt and i barelt felt a needle. The 2nd time at the hospital where i asked them to watch me do it, the nurse pushed the needle further in too as I did not press too deep.
I’m freaking out over this as I’m so worried it didn’t do anything and that any possible reaction might just be placebo now of not doing it correctly :(

I deleted Youtube on my phone since I've wanted to remove my habit of scrolling endlessly through Youtube shorts, I've pondered that if I wanted to use Youtube I was forced to use chrome. So I deleted it. Few months later, I find myself still scrolling through shorts using chrome. What should you guys thin I should do?

Hello everyone, I’m 21 years old and was diagnosed with polycystic kidney disease at age 11. My mom had it, and unfortunately, my brother and I inherited it. Sadly, I’ve gotten the worst of it. I haven’t seen a nephrologist since high school due to my extreme health anxiety, but I’ve recently been dealing with high blood pressure and have been put back on 10mg of lisinopril. While it’s helped a little, my blood pressure is still high.
Three days ago, I woke up to bloody urine. I went to the ER, and they tested my urine (no infection), but didn’t check my blood. They did a CT scan and found kidney stones in my kidneys, but none were obstructing anything. The doctors said it’s likely related to my PCKD, but offered no other answers. Yesterday, my urine was normal, but today it’s bloody again, along with lower back pain and left upper side pain.
I’m in the process of scheduling an appointment with a nephrologist for Tuesday, but I’m not sure how long the wait will be or if they'll accept my state insurance (USA). I’m not having any pain when I urinate, but this is all new to me, and I’m really scared. Has anyone gone through something similar? I’d appreciate any advice or insight.

 | Unfortunately I lost two fights because if Dam went off at the same time as my Heavy Lighthouse it lost its enchantment. Particularly disappointing as once my opponent got to half heath the Lighthouse was a one item infinite because I had Reel Em In. Fortunately the bug didn't happen in my last fight but unfortunately I lost to Fiery Rebirth. Dam builds are very fun though!
