2025.01.20 13:52 Prodromodinverno1 Plot beds planning advice
Hello Reddit, Last year we received this beautiful plot, although with the limited time we had we only cleared up the bare minimum to start growing something.
One of the main struggles was that the spacing between the beds is too narrow. The plot is slightly downhill, so the big slats help with the slope but it's impossible to step on them to reach the center of each bed. I was thinking I could cut all beds across in the middle with a path and that it would be easier to extend the beds sideways, rather than relocate or extend the big slats that hold everything in place.
What do you think? I'm only currently growing field beans to break down the awful heavy soil so I've got plenty of room for doing some adjustments. The picture is not the most updated because there are now woodchips paths all around the beds and the trees have been cut a bit back.

2025.01.20 13:52 ballad_of_plague What are the most Brutal and Heartless ways to kill a Player's PC, leaving everyone heartbroken, traumatised, and crying?
I've had a reputation as an evil DM among my friends that whenever we do a campaign, I'm literally called the BBEG Master instead of DM. I was able to come up with the saddest forms of loss and betrayal that left them heartbroken.
During our sessions, we actually had 2 DMs, as weird as that is. In the lore, I was the darkness in the world, while the other DM, she was the light and positivity in the world, and the two of us are constantly at war, trying to pull the strings of fate towards us.
Now, in the past few sessions we've been playing this campaign dubbed "The Death of Light", in which my fellow DM was killed and reincarnated as a human. And with me in possession of the world, lots of death, destruction, and sadness is in the world.
I'm looking for a plot twist or trap so treacherous it'll leave everyone traumatized, that will also end with the sacrifice of a Player's PC. Any ideas?

I wanted to GM lancer but i wanted to test the waters with my players, if they like the system. But i don't want to buy it YET. Is the free rulebook on itch enough to play? Is it much different from the release one?
And what preferably free (yeah i am kinda cheap) VTT do you guys recommend for running lancer?

2025.01.20 13:52 addict69420556 Monitor displaying half of the previous page and the other the current one.
So i don't even know how to explain this properly. and I also don't know if this is a software or a hardware issue. But basically everytime I switch to another page in an app (Switching tabs in chrome, going around in windows setting) It leaves behind the frames of the previous page and takes like a solid 3 seconds to fully change to the current one. I can sometimes even draw with my cursor for some reason.
Luckily this doesn't happen when i'm gaming or watching videos.
So these are my questions:
1.Is this a hardware or a software problem or both?
2.What is this issue or problem called?
3.How do i fix this problem?
4.And what causes this problem?
I did clean my PC recently and took out the GPU, but I was very careful with everything. So I have no clue on what caused this.

Hi, day 6 player here and I'm loving the game so far. Currently I'm working on Canto 5 and I'm starting to care more about team comps. My current main team is a mix of Sinking and Poise:
Full-Stop Hong Lu Full-Stop Heathcliff Lobotomy Yi Sang Wuthering Heights Faust Butler Ishmael
I was obviously very lucky with my Walp pulls as a f2p, so I've been debating going all in on a Poise or a Sinking team, instead of my mixed one. But as a newbie I'm not sure what my ID collection supports best, so I'd appreciate some insight. I have the following:
