I (24F) have a secure attachment style but when triggered by new relationships (friends or dating) can turn into anxious attachment. Recently I met a FA guy (M27) who brought out my anxious side with his hot and cold actions. We had very similar taste in things, had the same core values and chemistry was also great between us so we kept a situationship for 2,5 months. Whenever we had the most fun he would suddenly pull back. When i sat him down to talk he said he would like to end things between us cause he's also starting to get serious feelings for me however he isn't ready for a serious relationship now because he feels like he coulndt give his 100% into it all the time. (Btw i don't know when but he was in a serious relationship for 4 years before meeting me. That's all i know but felt a bit relevant.) So we havent met or talked for 6 weeks, during this i came to know attachment styles and this way I realised my mistakes in our situation and now I can reign in my anxcious tendencies and feel secure again. He suddenly texted me and we talked about how we miss each others company but it wouldnt do us any good to just pop in and out of each others life. So he proposed that we should have a long term situationship. Which sounds nonsensical but i agreed and set up some terms from my side and he also had some of his. Currently my life fits around this situationship but after a few months i know i will have to say goodbye for my sake unless he doesnt change his mind and wishes to try serious with me. So here is my question: do i stand a chance in earning his trust now that i am aware of his triggers, the meaning of his actions and he makes me happy without me giving up most of my emotional needs? Now when i voice some of my problems he listens to them and does the small changes instead of pulling away, he also seems to open up more about his feelings and inner thoughts. The only thing standing between us is his concern that if we make it serious we could possibly end up dissapointed and he would break my heart (his words). To me he is worth the risk and I'm also aware that I'd have to be patient in earning his trust and that it takes time. So this is my way of seeing this but my friend tells me that he's just breadcrumbing me only for sex and his own comfort. After learning that he has a fearful avoidant attachment style I don't see his actions that way cause he is really sweet to me and owns up his mistakes when called out and reciprocates emotional intimacy. But maybe I'm just blind...

I tried switchingthe button settings to non-fullscreen an fullscreen phones. The driver on the website states its only for windows. I have seen ton of Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra users where they just plug it in and start drawing. No issues. Im starting to feel like every technology I touch is automatically cursed to not work.
The cursor works but only on the 1/3 half bottom on the tablet.
Any ideas what the issue could be? Im desperate. I have no PC, Laptop or Android tablet to try it with. I was meant to be for mobile so why is it so darn difficult

After a few minutes, it seemed to install itself automatically, and it was working just fine. However, when I restarted the laptop, it gave me a 'boot failed' error. Hi,
I’m wondering if it’s still common practice to use rank 0 elemental mods (Cold + Toxin) to achieve Viral status while keeping Electricity as high as possible for melee influence.
I’m asking because I read the tab “status chance” when the mods are at rank 0. The chances for Electricity and Slash status effects are lower compared to when the mods are at max rank.
For example, on the Orthos prime with rank 0 mods, the chances are 19.1% per hit for Electricity and 14.9% for Slash. But with max rank mods, these chances increase to 23% and 17.9%, respectively.
Even though the Viral status chance improves with max rank mods, it seems like Electricity and Slash also benefit from maxing the mods based on the status tab. Am I misunderstanding how the math works here?

So for context i was playing a killer i almost never play (vecna) and I know he can be strong and I was on Gideon meat plant which isn't a terrible map for him but I'm terrible at the killer. So this person came into my messages spamming me calling me trash and spamming easy (the rest of the team was saying gg and one even said wp). So I offered them a challenge on my main killer which is unknown who i have p100 so I do know how to play them. They lasted about 20 seconds. The point being just bc someone has a few prestige doesn't mean there good. I'm horrible at vecna then there's some in here who would wipe the floor with me almost instantly. Vice versa as well they might be good on vecna but not on unknown. The point of the post is just because you won a single match doesn't mean your the best player there is. Just like I'm not the best unknown, I've seen plenty of unknowns who play better and there are plenty I play better than. Let's all drop our egos and toxicity in egc bc I will never understand it.

2025.01.20 14:43 glad-sparkly Does anyone think these nerf hurt low DP characters (SINGLES ONLY)
Firstly I'm not talking about the super counter nerf or the perception nerf, I'm happy those been addressed, I'm mostly talking about 2 things, wild sense nerf and ground slash (the sweep loops)
Thr wild sense I honestly didn't see that coming, now wild sense is easy to counter if your paying attention but I'm mostly pointing at the damage nerf. I feel like wild sense nerf is mostly aimed towards charcters that does crazy damage from wild sense (I.E UI goku or gogeta), however I feel like low damage charcters also been hit in the cross fire, someone like kakunsa I would say dependent on wild sense alot more now (always has, her instant spark being 3 before wasn't even good and now it being 4 bars to insta spark just hurt her in the long run, plus she only has 4 bars) she was already a character that did low damage and if you did 1 mistake on a low damage character, that can cost you the game (low DP characters already have low defense) I don't feel like this will change anything since wild sense on a higher DP character will still do more damage regardless..it's just another net nerf to low DP characters.
Now low sweep loops? I'll be honest I did this, I already play charcters like pan, videl, kakunsa, and I needed as much damage as possible (kakunsa is a bit fine since she is MUCH stronger then the two but still low) don't get me wrong, I'm happy about this change, more opportunities for the hands to clash. I'm not saying low damage characters needed this, but I rather do as much damage I possible can within those short time frames then get my health deleted WAY MORE in the same time frame.
Those are mostly my thoughts and concern, I've hit A4 with both pan and kakunsa only now, if these are the type of patches we may get (aiming to keep High DP characters in check but at the cost of low DP also getting hit) then that sucks, I enjoy playing these characters because it's a challenge and its fun! I'll adapt to these changes but Holy moly
