Moving out of our 2 bedroom, 3 room apartment in Hell's Kitchen to a bigger space and looking for someone to takeover the lease! Current lease is until October, but could probably become a year from move in.
Rent is $3450 with one month brokers fee (I know, I'm sorry). (the application would be standard NYC apartment) Move in as early as Feb 7th.
Video is from when we moved in last year and pictures are from the old StreetEasy listing. 2nd floor walkup with laundry in building, dishwasher, video intercom, and pets allowed (we got our cat after moving in and they did not care enough to take a fee from us, so I would definitely just not say if you have a pet while you are applying)! Absolutely 0 issues with the boiling. No bugs or pests, heat only went out one time and the super immediately fixed it. Instant hot water, amazing water pressure. Amazing neighborhood with COUNTLESS incredible restaurants. Entrance to the subway (port authority) on the corner.
Good for roommates, but great for a couple or one person.

I was wondering is there any main reasons to pay out the extra money for the R16 over the R12?
I’ve been thinking of getting the R16 for a while but it seems like a better idea just to buy one of the R12 bundles instead of the R16 and getting a wheel separately.

I get using initialisms that have become part of the vernacular (like OMG, IIRC or SMH). What irks me is people writing full out post and us U instead of you, 2 instead of too/to, nite instead of night etc. Your not on twitter, there (usually) isn't a character limit, stop being lazy.

Hi,
I'm bulding a CNC machine and i got myself a 5,5kW iG5A LG/LS VFD. First test showed, that it works with some chinese 4.5 kWh, 3 phase, water cooled spindle, also in vector sensorless mode. No load was applied to the spindle - just free run.
I was thinking about changing this set to some BT30, 3.5-5,5 kWh 8 pole spindle from aliexpress but for that i need some high speed VFD that will be capable of giving 0-800 or 0-1200Hz.
I found out that Delta MS300 has models, that can output 1500Hz but mostly they are out of stock in shops like Digikey, Mouser, etc. but i found them on aliexpress.
The catch is that these shops don't have much buyers and one of them exists only few months. What do You think - its a obvious scam? Not legit VFD's ? Maybee you know some other VFD that will be good for this application?
