Hello, I have been taking amitriptyline for about 15-20 days. I am at 20 MG in the evening 1h30-2h after the meal. However, I go to bed around 4am and wake up around 3pm feeling like a zombie. Have people experienced something similar? How long does it take? Or should I just stop the medication? Thank you for your answers

I actually created a fake insta account so as to talk my crush cuz a year back I sent a request to him with my personal account and seemed like he didn't accept my friend request idk for what reason. I was too scared to approach him even tho our families are close. So he just accepted my friend request that I sent from the other account and actually texted me and we kinda continued texting and we grew close, I had completely fabricated my identity since I was too scared to reveal who I am. We both vibed well and he seemed to actually hint me that he liked me and he wants to meet me. And so, one day came like this where he actually confessed he likes me . He even told that he would love me no matter how much appearance is and purely liked bc of my actions towards him. I being overjoyed, he would accept me as I am , I revealed that it's me and he seemed to be confused and stopped chatting. I being very disappointed with my actions actually apologised to him and for that he told i shouldn't be sorry and I even promised him that I won't talk to him again and he told that he wants to talk to me again. We keep meeting since we go to the same church and he didn't talk with me anytime. I still can't move on from him. Should I get back to him since he wasn't clear about me? Or should I move on?

TLDR: Is surgery going to improve my bite and based off of my pics what surgery is most suitable for my situation?
- I was in braces between 16 and 21 due to misalignment and an overbite. My orthodontist gave me the option to pursue surgery or to have my premolars extracted and try and correct my bite with just braces. After I got my braces off I had permanent retainers installed and received clear retainers for during the night. I'm now 29 and I feel like my bite has regressed (not as severe as before but still noticeable to me), my clear retainers don't fit anymore, I also suffer from joint pain, grinding and I have breathing/snoring issues during sleep. Aesthetically I also feel like my profile and lower face shape has changed.
This fall I went in for a consultation with my old orthodontist to discuss the issues I was having and that I would like to explore the surgery route if it was still applicable to my situation. She is on the fence because surgery is obvi quite drastic and my bite isn't nearly as bad as it was when I came in as a teenager. She did notice that my lower face looked a lot different than when she last saw me and that my under chin/neck looked fuller in comparison to the rest of my face (I weigh about the same as when she last saw me and my GP recently ruled out thyroid problems). I feel like I have jut my chin out in pictures because it almost disappears into my neck otherwise.
She took some xrays, photographs and has given me a referral to consult with a surgeon but I'm on the waitlist for at least another 6 months or so. In the meantime I want to prepare myself and make sure I have the right questions ready for my consultation to eventually make an informed decision. I was wondering if any fellow redditors have had a similar situation to mine (either a similar trajectory or similar bite) and if there's anything about my xrays/pics I should point out to my doctor.

Hi Everyone, I'm making my first ever published book, it's a reading journal and It's all in colour, I'm using KDP and I figured I should be using the CMYK because I know printers use CMYK, howeverrrrrrrrrr whenever I download the CMYK version onto my desktop and into KDP previewer the colours aren't correct. They are however correct when I use RGB... It's a significant difference too and I'm not entirely sure what I'm supposed to do?
Do I upload the RGB because it looks better on my screen knowing that the colours will probably look faded? Or do I upload the CMYK with the assumption that the pages will print more accurately?
Thanks. Ive worked too hard on the coloured design of this to just end up doing black & white.

so tired with every main character being written to be an engineering marvel. Like can we just have a down to earth character with other traits than THAT. It's especially worse in ARCANE, when both Jinx and Ekko are written to be absolute Geniuses in everything. They both were born in thr Slums in Zaun and conveniently both have the technical process of Tony Stark. Even worse Jinx is clinically insane but has the mentally acuity to maintain a perfect body. It's so overdone that having every freaking character just being a genius just because.
Then there is Gwen and Miles. Both just geniuses the moment they get spider powers.
tired of the two main characters with technical prowess are not supposed to be hinted lovers now. Leave the nuance alone and the romance on the back burner. Jeez
