Hallo zusammen,
ich habe vor Kurzem mein Training umgestellt und einen Plan ausprobiert, der ein sehr niedriges Volumen, dafür aber eine hohe Intensität (Training bis RIR 0-1) beinhaltet. Wollte einfach mal testen, wie mein Körper darauf reagiert & wie gut man Fortschritte macht.
Nach nur einer Woche habe ich allerdings bemerkt, dass ich leichte Gelenkschmerzen entwickelt habe – vermutlich durch den Wechsel von "hohen" Wiederholungszahlen auf einen Bereich von 5-8 Wiederholungen bei allen Übungen. Rückblickend hätte ich mich wohl lieber mit den Gewichten etwas vorsichtiger herantasten sollen.
Jetzt hätte ich zwei kurze Fragen:
- Welche Wiederholungsbereiche würdet ihr empfehlen, um gelenkschonender zu trainieren?
- Bleibt das benötigte Volumen (Sätze) in dem Plan gleich? Immerhin trainiert man ja trotzdem bis zum Muskelversagen. Sollte es da nicht egal sein, ob man bei 5-8 oder 8-12 Wiederholungen ans Limit geht?

I am very much looking forward to the Switch 2. The roller coaster ride of rumors of a switch pro since 2018-2019, really got egregious and the switch 2 rumors and leaks over the past few years have been fun but im glad this system is real and almost in our hands. Its more of the switch, and im loving this current Nintendo, that doesnt have to reinvent the wheel. The system is gonna sell well even if it doesnt end up better than the Switch 1, and thats okay, im just ready for the ride. This new system is gonna be exciting. Still enjoying my switch OLED and looking forward to Xenoblade Chronicles X, but man Switch 2 has me hyped.

My sister’s Chromebook is having an issue, but can’t get past Recovery either. I put it into recovery mode, none of the options are working.
- Recovery using phone
- A message says “No installed apps work with this USB accessory. Learn more about this accessory at (a link)”. When clicked, the link leads to a 404 not found page.
- Recovery Using Exeternal Storage
- Used my working Chromebook to install the Chromebook Recovery Utility, input the model number (TANKIS-AGVY), download the recovery image. When plugged into the not-working computer, receive “An error occurred”. No other explanation. Tried 3 times.
- Recovery using Internet
- Receive error message “Internet Recovery partition corrupted or missing. Please recover using external storage instead.”
I also disconnected and reconnected the battery. Not sure how to proceed from here.

Hi all,
The title pretty much says it. My husband's desktop computer will not connect to our new Google Fiber network. It's running Windows 11, made up of newer components from the last 5-6 years at the oldest, a lot are newer than that. In the past, he's connected with a Wifi adapter and the Google folks suggested we make sure it's at least a Wifi 6 adapter. We did that, and still the error message simply says "cannot connect to network".
Every other device, including my eight year old laptop running Windows 10, is connecting to the network with no problem. I've seen a few other threads here with similar messaging but very little info on how people actually solved that problem. This is his gaming PC and he often works from it, so it's not really workable for it to simply not connect. Does everyone else with this issue just get a second Nest Pro and connect by ethernet?
