2025.01.20 16:03 Various_Quantity_100 Help with l-connect 3 and NZXT CAM
I have the lcd fans and on one of them I always show the cpu load and now it seems that it marks the data incorrectly. Yesterday I updated the pc to windows 11 and since then the cpu load shown in l-connect and nzxt cam seems incorrect. Does anyone know how I can solve this? I have tried reinstalling the programs but it does not solve the problem. Thanks in advance

This game also hasn't had any server maintenance for a long time, right? They used to be every two/three weeks and now since the beginning of december not even one, maybe this have an impact on the quality of the game and potential errors

2025.01.20 16:03 DependentMap2243 AITA for potentially ruining friend’s life because I thought they were going to end it all
A few nights ago a friend of mine (18F) with longstanding mental health issues and prior suicide attempts texted me (18M) and said that she was going to kill herself when she got back to her dorm. We go to college 1500 miles away, so my first thought was to try to use every connection I had at her campus to make sure she won’t end it. Unfortunately, nobody answered. I assumed she was on the way back to her dorm due to the messaging, so I called campus police. I told them to wait at her door because I knew what method she would use and that she would be non-hostile and only do it when she returned to the privacy of her dorm.
Unfortunately, they pinged her phone and starting hunting her down while it turns out she was at a party with a student group she is very involved in. I tried to tell them as little as possible about the location she was at (she told me after I called the cops) without breaking the law (I had somebody else’s location there on find my, but nothing illegal about not disclosing that I think). Eventually, my other friend (18M) picked up the phone and I asked if him if he could take her outside when the cops arrive to save her the embarrassment. Both of them flipped out at me and apparently it became a large ordeal when they arrived. She told the cops she was fine, and I sent messages proving the opposite to the cops. She now is incredibly mad at me for ruining her social situation (not to mention the cops ended up searching her dorm room without my knowledge) and my other friend has me on thin ice.
If anybody had advice too, wouldn’t turn it down

Students already spend so much on tuition and fees. Why do some professors go out of their way to also add homework subscriptions on top of that ? I know they don’t have to since I have had some professors use the UB homework platform for homework. It just sucks spending extra couple hundred on homework subscriptions.
How does it make sense that I have written homework but also have to buy Wiley subscription ? For another class, I had to buy zybook and also tophat. I am going to lose it one day.

Hello. I have a iPad pro 5th gen. Prior to yesterday I could use basically any cord to charge my iPad and it would be fine. But yesterday it fell to 2% and has stayed stuck at 2% even though I had it connected to a charger all of last night. Is there any way to fix this?
