Hey all, so recently I was wondering and wanting to create a community (something like a discord server) where dedicated Findoms can find the assurance of getting prosperous (because they are owed it) and for us paypigs can indulge in dedicating ourselves to it (because it's our duty).
Usually, findoms have their own challenges : not getting initial tributes, trust issues with paypigs, inconsistency of tributes and tough finding a good paypig.
And paypigs have their own challenges : having trust issues with findommes, stumbling upon findoms who don't treat them well, not finding a good match, not wanting this thing regularly.
I am looking forward to making a space where both these challenges get resolved, and both the parties can get the best output vs how much they invest.
PRIMARILY, THEME-WISE, I have the vision of making a space where genuine findoms/themdoms will thrive and paypigs who have a strong urge to see these dommes thrive at the cost of their own money, can dedicate themselves by contributing money regularly, being of service to a big pool of dommes, and COLLECTIVELY making life better for them and seeing them getting prosperous and reach financial peak.
This can include the following : 1. Regular income for the dommes, based on 2. Regular contributions from paypigs (making it flexible according to how much they can contribute) 3. Matchmaking for dommes and paypigs 4. Random/blind tributes and sends 5. Auctioning of dommes stuff, or auctioning of which Paypig gets to talk to a particular domme for a week 6. A space where dommes can vent out their issues (maybe anonymously) and get support and encouragement from kind subs 7. Same for dedicated subs. Lots of emotional support when the need arises. Life advice. 8. Ultimately, a premium room where a few selected dommes will have lots of subs dedicating themselves exclusively for their luxury.
If I have to build something, it will require a lot of planning and understanding of the people involve. So, I would love to have feedback from people who have read this post : What do you think of this idea and can it be helpful?

So, I run a story channel and got rejected for reused content for the 3rd time. The first 2 times I didn't realize what was the problem, but now I'm convinced everything is fully original. Every story used on the channel is written specifically for me, I use AI images to avoid copyright, etc. I just can't figure out what would be the problem? Is it possible that this channel is flagged by youtube and banned for no reason?

i’m so confused anymore about my anxiety and dpdr. i never have physical symptoms. no racing heartbeat, no shaking, no panic attacks no shortness of breath. my symptoms are all mental. i feel a sense of dread, heart sinking sensation. i will have a random thought and then scare myself by that thought EVEN THOUGH it’s not even an intrusive thought. i’ll just be thinking of something innocent and random and somehow my brain is like “yikes let’s make you feel super eerie and doomed by this thought for absolutely no reason.” i feel a fear that i will be this way forever. i just started buspirone 3 weeks ago and my doctor says that anxiety with it initially is normal but i just feel so off. like every couple minutes i get this weird icky feeling of dread and anxiety and then it stops. i also feel so tired all the time no matter how much or how little i sleep.

I want to wish all of you the best for the game tonight. Your team is stacked with studs at every position, and it’ll take a miracle for the injury-riddled Irish to pull off the upset. Of course, I still have to pull for that though 😉
But Ohio State was the one team I did NOT want to face. I was there when we lost in Columbus in 2022. I was a senior at ND when we lost with ten men on the field on defense for the last play TD in South Bend. And we meet again, the year after I graduate, in the biggest game of the season.
Let us all hope it’s a good game. One decided by the players, and not the refs. One that comes down to the end, either way. Let the two teams prove without a doubt that they deserve to be on that field. Either way, it’ll be a huge story.
But I speak for every ND fan when I say we have extreme respect for Ohio State. You brought up our head coach; the man that got us to this game, who replaced that jackass Brian Kelly, and gave our players a reason to come back to fight for a Natty. So thank you for that.

I just had a meeting with HR, to discuss me going part-time at work.
For context, I (F, 41) got diagnosed in August last year.
In November I decided to disclose my ADHD to my manager and request reasonable adjustments.
I asked if the company could organise an Occupational Health Assessment to help me determine what might help me, in terms of accommodations. In the meantime, I also applied for an Access to Work grant. HR told my manager that they wouldn't organise an occ health assessment because "that's what Access to Work is for". I explained that is incorrect, and my manager was going to organise a meeting between me, him and the HR person in the UK.
Meanwhile, in December my mental health got really bad (Elvanse messed me right up), and it got me thinking about one adjustment I think would really help me: going part time. It would allow me to deal with life better - I've always struggled to keep on top of "adulting", and my to-do list is never-ending due to procrastination, paralysis etc., which leads to frequent overwhelm. I could afford to take a 10% pay cut, which would give me one half day a week.
I told my manager I would like to request this as a reasonable adjustment. I asked to go down to 90% part-time, and to work one hour extra Monday to Thursday, and have Fridays off. Because of the work I do (I'm a trainer), it wouldn't affect my work or team, it just means I would teach maybe 18 classes a month instead of 20. It would also help with an issue I have at work (struggling to switch between tasks) because working an hour extra each day would free up "big chunks" of time during which I can focus on project work.
My manager and director are onboard with this, especially since I suggested a trial period to ensure it works for me AND the business. They both had a meeting with the HR, which was apparently "a positive conversation". Except that when I spoke to HR today, it seems they misunderstood.
They thought I was asking for a temporary addendum to contract, to complete "some treatment or something" - when in fact I am asking for a trial, to potentially turn into a permanent change.
They said that if I could provide a letter from a doctor stating that this change was their recommendation, they would need to proceed with the change, but if it's "just" what I think would help me, they might not be able to approve it.
Does that sound right? As I have mentioned, the changes would not adversely affect my team/department (both my manager and director are onboard) but the issue is more of the company policy and the fact they don't normally allow a four-day week.
Sorry this is so long, I have tried to keep it concise by ADHD, yaddy-yadda...
Any thoughts would be appreciated!!
TLWR: I asked to go part time and adjust my hours, HR says that if I can't provide a letter from a doctor recommending this, they may not approve it.
