In a website profile, I would like to mention the topics I am interested in. Which one should I use? Interested topics: Technology, Reading, etc. (Is it about the past?) Interesting topics: Technology, Reading, etc. Even though this question looks simple, I think I have fundamental problem of understanding these kind of words. (You could say I am interested BY history, but it would be unusual and not as idiomatic.) However one might say I was interested BY the way the man was walking or perhaps ...by the way the words were written on the card. You might use 'interested by' to refer to something which had caught your attention. Again one might also say 'interested in'. Which is correct: interested on or interested in? And we use interested in doing something when we're thinking of doing it, we would like to do it. I would be interested in hearing any proposals he might have. The provided answer was B (on a few other websites also) while I chose A and there was no explanation provided. Can somebody please help me out here as I am more convinced that A is better suited here and also I checked if the word interested can take the preposition with but could not find that also. I think there's a significant difference between I feel/think I am an interesting person (perfectly normal, and could even occur as a conversation opening) and I feel [I am] interesting (slightly weird unless responding to the suggestion that you might be boring, for example). (be) interested to (do) has the meaning of "learn" I was interested to.. .. hear what he had to say. .. see what they would do next. .. read the report. .. find out what happened. or when an event holds your attention: I was interested to watch him tune the piano. *I'm interested in football. I'll be interested to see if City can win their next ... I am most interested in X. The sentence conveys two meanings as follows. I am interested in many things, but X is the thing I am interested in more than anything else. It conveys a sense of comparison in the superlative. I am interested in X to a very great extent. 9 out of 10 times you should use "interest in." I've heard "interest for" only a few times. The only examples I can think of would be "This credit card account will accumulate 13% interest for the first six months," or "The new discovery holds interest for scientists." Both phrases introduce something which you wish to learn. However, the form interested in knowing is a bit more common that interested to know, which does sound a bit more awkward (at least in my opinion). Another phrase, if you're curious, would be interested in learning. I am interested in learning whether or not dogs have legs.

2025.01.20 18:00 TillPure6503 merchant is trying to keep money for a service that wasn’t provided
a few days ago i booked with a trainer & paid full price before the actual day of training. The original time to meet was 9:00am for saturday, after i sent the money the trainer ask me if i can do 3:00pm for the same day which i agreed. A couple hours later he tries to reschedule me again for another day ( sunday) i tell him i cannot do it since saturday was my only open day and that he is now inconveniencing me & giving me a run around. i let him know that i will call him once i am off work and he didn’t answer when i called. So the day that would’ve been the original training day, i text and ask for my money back. He refuses and basically tries to force me to come for times and days that i don’t have available which i tried to explain to him. He is the one that didn’t have his schedule and confirmed dates together, so i figure it’s obvious i should be refunded since i didn’t do the training and wasn’t the one to cancel! please lmk if i am wrong i know want to dispute the charges, i just want to make sure my case is solid for a dispute!

Not sure if this is a UHF issue or a playlist issue, but I've noticed that recently the audio delay has been terrible on Apple TV. The Apple TV is connected to a Sonos Beam via HDMI. I downloaded another app (Chillio) to test and see if the audio synced properly, and Chillio seems to play the audio track in sync. Any troubleshooting steps I can take?
