I binge eating because I’m a sahm. Even when being in a calorie deficit I find myself doing great all day until my husband gets home and then I binge eat. Obviously this is something serious that I need to work on, but it’s too cold to even go out with my kids where we live so I can’t bypass time that way😭help?! I’m wondering if therapy is something that can cure binge eating?

My mom is the only thing keeping me alive
The only reason I haven't ended it all is because my mom would be broken. I have no other reason to live.
I basically threw away the thing that made me happiest in my life. I've tried drugs, sex and more to try and achieve that same level of euphoria that I had when with the love of my life.
Now that's over. It's been 7 months and I thought I was doing alright. But I saw my ex yesterday with her boyfriend and it made everything come crashing down again.
I tried everything. Self help books, eastern medicine, exercise, changing my medication, meditation, cognitive behavioral therapy, everything. I even asked my doctor about electroshock therapy.
My friends have stopped talking to me because I keep bringing her up, how I can't cope with it. It's annoying to them.
I dream of her every night. There hasn't been a single night where she hasn't been in my dreams.
My therapist tells me to focus on other things and it will get better. But I've tried and it hasn't. Dating is a nightmare and I feel unwanted by anyone.
I have never felt so alone. The only thing stopping me from killing myself is the fact that it would destroy my mom. I can't do that to her.
But she has two trips coming up, where she'll be out of the country for weeks at a time. And I honestly don't think I'll make it. Being alone for that long.
I don't blame my love for what I'm going to do, but she is the reason. You can't see and experience everything you've ever wanted and then have it taken away never to return. That breaks you. Knowing you'll never experience that again with the perfect person for you, it makes you not able to hope.
I would have killed for her. I still would. I wanted things to always be perfect. But me doing that is what solidified our ending.
I was unmedicated when with her, I couldn't appreciate her and help her with her needs. Things ended and I got the proper medication and started to feel the things I should have felt. But she didn't believe me. She always thought I was just doing it out of desperation. Knowing she probably won't even realize I'm dead is almost a comfort. Then I won't have to be a burden on her consciousness. She can continue to be happy.
I'm done.

2025.01.20 17:56 Morganafrey My current build is a ryzen 7 7700x with an EVGA 3070 and one of those SSD’s that connects directly to the mother board. I play on a 1440p monitor. If I wanted to upgrade my gpu, which gpu would be the minimum upgrade to make it worth upgrading?
This is more about the level of upgrade and less about how much it cost, brand, or if it hasn’t been released and reviewed yet.
For example saying:
It should have at least x vram and on par with an X gpu or better
Or whatever upgrade path you think is worth considering if you were me and wanted a computer capable of running current video games.
Just curious what people will suggest.

At risk of being dogpiled I imagine but here goes. Secured a vacation scheme and was asked if I planned to attend to attend any others. I mentioned one even though I didn't have an offer from them at the time. I should have clarified after I said it that this was an application, not an offer, but the conversation quickly moved on and I can't change the past unfortunately.
Anyway, I'm concerned now that even though I didn't write this in my application when I do the background check for the onboarding of the vacation scheme, they might wonder why I didn't attend the other one I mentioned. Should I contact the firm now to clarify that I was referring to applications, not offers?

When I try to export my video, it doesnt let me as it says i am using the pro brush masking tool when i haven't even touched it. it seems to be only on the clips I am using the star mask shape. Could anyone help me find a fix for this?
I've used keyframes on these clips if that links to the problem?
