I am a seasoned runner and marathoner but I thought I’d try Runna for my upcoming marathon in June. I did my first interval run on the plan today and the paces they set for the intervals were WAY too fast. I entered my approximate marathon time, and was super conservative in that estimate, because I know that’s how they calculate paces, but it was still completely unrealistic. Is there anyway to adjust this? Would you just go in and raise the marathon time again for hopefully more realistic paces for workouts?

2025.01.20 18:51 PotentialThought8402 Needed to share- still my feel good show after 5+ rewatches
We sadly had to say goodbye to our soul dog yesterday. (Cancer at 3 years old). So of course, today, I put on TL for another rewatch.
We have a 1 1/2 year old dog, who will need a buddy after a few weeks. We have a friend with puppies that will be ready around the right time. Our dogs had the same naming convention (kinda on accident, but now I want to keep the trend going.) The names follow - letter, A, letter, A. After thinking about it for a long, long time, I was ready to give up as I didn't like Nala or Zara, and Dana was a family member's name. Then it hit me - ZAVA. Not only is it cool, it references my feel-good show.
Even though we will miss her every day for the rest of our lives, being able to welcome another soul into the family in a few weeks and name her as a reference to this great show that will get us through this incredibly tough time, makes our hearts happy.
For anyone fortunate enough to meet any of the creators of this show in the future - Please thank them for me.

I recently did the math and realized I've been playing Squad for almost all my teenage years since I was 13 and now I'm turning 18 next year. This game has been the main one I've played during that time.
I'm curious: how long have you guys been playing Squad? Do you think it's had any impact on you, good or bad?
I’ll admit, I’m not thrilled with the number of hours I’ve racked up, but I think I’ve picked up some solid teamwork and coordination skills along the way.
I do remember the times I was the squeaker, and the mistakes that were made when I was starting out, and subsequently peoples response to said mistakes. I still find some of those moments pretty funny whenever I look back at it.
