I received payment from my client thru artstation it's status pending for 1 week after being confirmation, its showing it will pay to your bank account on estimated date but after that day passed when I opened for check status they shifted my payment next estimated payment date after 7 days, no payment sent on monday. Hi folks, I'm building a 1000sf DADU on a slope with a beautiful view and am at the point where my architect needs me to choose which design I want him to draw so the builders can give me quotes. Ideally we'd put the house over a garage / unfinished basement so we have storage and the option to finish that area if we end up short platting later on. But that is a big "if", and we are trying to keep the cost of the build down so that we can recoup our investment through rent in a shorter amount of time. So I'm wanting to know what the approx. increase in cost would be to have the garage vs not.
My second open decision is whether to go with a long rectangle (16' x 60') vs something more square (28' x 38'). I know square is cheaper (but not sure by how much), but given the sloped site, I wonder if the additional dirt work of a square would offset that savings? Thanks in advance for any help. Pics to give a visual of what we are thinking.

2025.01.20 18:00 Abbynazzy This doesn’t look like blood in my poop, does it?
 | Sorry if the images are a little low quality, this is the best I was able to get with my phone. I’ve recently had a bout of pretty loose stool that lasted about a couple of weeks. I’m not entirely sure of the exact cause, but I’m assuming that it was caused by either a bad batch of kava (which I use to help me poop easier in the mornings, I have hemorrhoids and it’s very helpful for this), or a drug which I’m currently tapering off of (Phenibut, finally almost finished with my taper, but it’s caused loose stool in the past). Immediately after the loose stool seemed to pass, I experienced a very minor bout of constipation, didn’t poop for one day, then these guys came out feeling a little dry and much smallebumpier than my normal poop. It just concerned me a bit to see how dark they looked. Does this look like the presence of blood? I am just wondering how many times people have gone in to take the test, how long between tests they waited, if anyone has taken several years to take each test, etc. I personally have taken it twice over the last year but I am fearful of taking it a third time (because lsat only lets you take 5 in 5 years and 7 ever) which seems like a lot but it also doesn’t. yeah just comment below what spacing worked for you! thanks xx

I am a bit confused about it and google didn't really helped me. How many cards are in this set? LTR Like over 300? Or over 700? I know they are numbered and the letter in front tells me the rarity, right?

Hi! Moved near the shore recently. I love seeing birds come by the patio. I have a mix that seems to be for finches the previous owner left me. I'd love to attract more variety of birds- is there a commercial mix anyone suggests for bringing a wider variety? I also have a hummingbird feeder and that's been great, although I can tell I just have one devoted visitor haha.

So the Ortlund rebuttal of the O'Connor rebuttal of Huff on Youtube pointed me to the 2019 book Jesus Mirrored in John by Charlesworth (Princeton Seminary), who argued that the present tense of John 5.2 means it was written before 70. ("Now there is in Jerusalem near the Sheep Gate a pool, which in Aramaic is called Bethesda[a] and which is surrounded by five covered colonnades.")
The best counter-argument would be that this is what they call the "historic present" as if to say in a modern novel, "now we follow our hero into the castle, this is where soldiers march with spears and shields..."
Then the 2022 book Rethinking the Dates of the New Testament by Jonathan Bernier (Regis theological school of the Society of Jesus) challenged the view that "in John 5:2 eimi constitutes a historic present, such as we find when Josephus refers to the temple while using the present tense decades after the temple’s destruction." He counters that this is the only time the historic present was ever used in the Bible.
OK, so two points for Early John?
But I was wondering:
(1) Is the academic consensus coming around to Early John or is it just cherry-pickin-apologists making this argument?
and
(2) doesn't the very next verse (in the past-perfect tense: "Here a great number of disabled people used to lie—the blind, the lame, the paralyzed") show the opposite?
