I have been using tret 0.025 for five months now, and after a slow introduction, my skin can tolerate me using it every other night. Last month I started using Azelaic Acid 20 percent (prescribed to reduce redness). At first I purged a little and it sting but it got better over time. My skin can tolerate it every other day. A few days ago I tried to start using Aza every day but I noticed my skin getting redder than usual so I decided to switch back to every other day. However, yesterday, on my "off" day, I noticed that my skin was peeling really bad. I usually peeled only near my mouth area I have learned to avoid putting on Tret or Aza there. What happened? Is it Tret or Aza causing this?
This is my routine: AM: - TO Squalane - Moisturizer - Aza 20 percent every other day - SPF 50
PM: - TO Squalane - Moisturizer - Tret 0.025
I should mention that I've recently changed my moisturizer. I had been using the Olay cream moisturizer for more than a decade but after doing some research of the ingredients, I decided to find a moisturizer with better ingredients. These are the ingredients of my new moisturizer: Aqua, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Glycerin, Cetearyl Alcohol, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Glyceryl Stearate, Diheptyl Succinate, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Polyglyceryl-6 Palmitate/ Succinate, Benzyl Alcohol, Tocopheryl Acetate, Capryloyl Glycerin/Sebacic Acid Copolymer, Xanthan Gum, Benzoic Acid, Dehydroacetic Acid, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice Powder, Sodium Hydroxide, Tocopherol.

Is anyone else encountering an error message when clicking at the Activities tab of the menu (https://wandrer.earth/activities)? Whenever I click on it, it shows "Dang, an internal server error.", both on mobile and PC. The activities themselves are being recorded and calculated without a problem for me and the individual activities do show up on the Dashboard, just the menu point seems to be broken for me.

Just wondering if anyone has any advice on my complaint as I’m unsure if I was right to take it to the ombudsman.
It is a long story however to cut it short I took out insurance with ageas and I missed my second payment due to a misunderstanding on their behalf which led to them cancelling my insurance however I didn’t recieve any phone calls or letters or previous warning from them before hand which I told them about just a straight up cancellation email starting from immediate effect , I notified them of this and they told me they had sent me previous emails of warnings but I didn’t get them which was odd because I received the initial cancellation email.
Fast forward I made a complaint which led to them admitting it was their fault and offered compensation and reinstatement of my policy which I agreed to due to the fact the misunderstanding was on their end and they also didn’t use other methods of contact like phone calls.
They then cancelled my insurance for the second time 2 weeks later starting from immediate effect again but this time I was half way down the country with my 3 year old , once again didn’t receive any warning emails / phone calls or letters , obviously with my insurance been cancelled with immediate effect I assumed I couldn’t drive, I got onto live chat with them and told them I was basically stuck because they once again didn’t give me any warning they told me they cancelled due to unpaid fees which they weren’t able to break down for me and I wasn’t sure where this amount had come from? Ended up in me making a complaint once again but this time I had spent a lot of money for someone to get me and my daughter and to get my car back home which they didn’t seem to care about the fact we were left in a very vulnerable situation , with being on a lay by in the motorway obviously me and my daughter had to exit the car in -4 degree weather! She ended up getting really poorly from this which I also stated in my complaint and they already knew I struggled with mental health problems and I notified them this made me a lot worse especially with my 3 year old getting ill I had to ask my doctor to up my dose on medication for my depression ,I notified them I was left in financial difficulty due to having to fork out to get back home , once again all they offered was compensation of £100 and reinstatement of my insurance again on the basis I pay nearly £400 beforehand , I then tried to meet in the middle and offer this but pay in installments they said no , I asked if the compensation could be kept and I’m able to pay the rest they said no but once again couldn’t give me a break down of what this money was for. I said I’m left with no choice but to allow the cancellation, even though she was aware I was in financial difficulty and told me they would never like their customers to be in any type of financial difficulty, yet still demanding money from me.
I also noticed they cancelled my insurance on the 3rd however dated my cancellation letter on the 8th which would have meant I’d been driving without insurance for 7 days without any notification from them.
However now I’ve passed my complaint onto the ombudmen.
Does anyone know what the chances are of the ombudmen siding with me on this occasion?

2025.01.20 20:44 lontii Fitting PC components inside a(n empty) console? (Mini-ITX build)
I want to build a PC but for the case I was thinking to buy a broken PlayStation to see if it was possible to fit the components inside a console to make it look good (I also want it for couch gaming). Obviously making holes for cooling n stuff.
I wanted to see if these components would fit in a console (if they don't fit in a PS 4/5 maybe other consoles).
I think the most important part may be the graphics card (I chose the smallest one cause it's also cheaper)
(Also, before you comment that I should get the 7600X instead of the non-X: I found one fairly cheaper and I think it's basically the same so I'll stick with that
TL;DR - Would these components fin in an empty console? If so, which ones? (Obviously making holes for fans n stuff if needed)

2025.01.20 20:44 knittedkittenne 20 Days of Sticking to It
Yesterday was the 20th day of me sticking to my goals of eating healthier and logging my calories. This is the first time I've gone into the goals telling myself that I will not lie to myself about what I'm eating and will log everything, and that I won't give up if I have a couple of bad days. I've lost a whopping 1 lb in those three weeks, but here's some other non-weight related things I've noticed about healthy eating in that short time:
- I can still enjoy foods I like, even if they aren't "healthy". This was my biggest worry when I started this and one of the reasons I've never been good at sticking with it in the past - I love sweet things like ice cream, cake, cookies, etc... I always thought that I would have to cut them out entirely and life would just be miserable. But with this approach, I just include them in part of my plan and eat them in moderation. I can eat a Reese's Cup after lunch, but that doesn't mean I need to eat a full bag. I also reach for healthier options when I'm just craving something sweet, like apples or grapes.
- It's ok to be a little bit hungry. I am not saying this as an advocate for starving yourself. But I noticed in the afternoon that if around 4 / 4:30 I was feeling a little hungry, I would always have a snack, even though my wife and I have dinner around 6 every night. Now that I want to save those calories for dinner, I don't snack in the afternoon and will usually just drink some water. The "hunger" I used to feel around that time seems to be lessening everyday and I think it's because my body no longer anticipates getting a little treat that I don't need. I also now eat more of the nutritious meals that my wife and I plan instead of processed snacks that aren't very nutritious.
- I generally just feel a little better each day. Obviously a big part of this one is just getting better nutrients, but I think the other part is just being more intune with my own body. Before, if I wanted snacks or soda, I would just eat or drink them without another thought. But now I actively keep "in touch" with what my body is telling me. I ask myself a lot more questions about what I'm putting in my body: "Are you actually hungry or can you wait until your next planned meal?" "Am I full or am I only eating this because I was taught to finish my plate?" "I'm want something sweet - does it have to a brownie or will fruit satisfy that craving?"
