title, I keep having the same exact feeling and it's a rage, to clarify I am not angry, I am not mad at anything but I can't describe this in any other way it's a rage like all or nothing and that every tiny things means I am doomed and everything is ruined forever now of course I KNOW that it's not the case but me very seriously knowing this does not matter.
If had a flat tire would I go ahead and slice the rest as well? Smash all other windows in the house out of anger that I messed up and broke one? It makes no sense, but that is the all or nothing. That is the big rage, that is the vice, that is the demon slop. I have real descriptive words for this, but it is THAT very specific feeling. Like, whatever happens doesn't deserve life, might as well destroy all that is left etc. just the head voice raging like no imaginable tomorrow as if my brain wants to explode out of my skull and every body cell is just screaming at itself, the absolute disgust and hate and disbelief racing in the head overbearing like the switch to manual breathing is stuck and everything you perceive is that things will never be ok.
These horror thoughts that past-me ruined my life and that I need to rectify whatever I failed at, even if it's physically impossible. I lost sleep over this shit I kid you not, like thank you already I don't have 37 fingers to gouge all my eyes out no drugs on EARTH could steady the yoke when I'm hit with some form of rage like I am flying blind in my LIFE. This is the kind of stuff that I can dump in my phone notes or here but not explain to anyone in a thousand years the rage, the absurd shit that is going on makes no sense I can't understand it one bit. Like my head voice is brain holding a lecture in thermodynamics in traditional chinese I have no clue what in the absolute fuck it is on about, if you told me I just woke up from a decade coma and this is a donor brain from a car wreck I would be like ah explains a lot

2025.01.20 20:52 pplouise CTA Radiology Report Reveals SCDS
Hi all this might be a bit presumptuous of me but I have had intense pressure headaches and pulsatile tinnitus in my left ear for 2 to 3 months; I went to an ENT who scheduled a CTA that I had on Friday and I just got the results back last night. Because it's a holiday where I am the doctors offices are closed so I'm not expecting a call until at least tomorrow but I'm very scared about what the radiology report says. It says as follows: Impression 1. Right superior semicircular canal dehiscence. 2. Enlarged right vestibular aqueduct. 3. Borderline enlarged left vestibular aqueduct. 4. High riding left jugular bulb. 5. Negative CT angiogram neck and Circle of Willis arteries.
Any advice while I wait for the doctor to call me? I am just really scared and not feeling well at all right now. Thanks in advance and bless anyone dealing with a condition like this. xoxo ttpp

I (22F) live with my gf (25NB & they prefer gf) in a small apartment that we rent together. We have a lovely relationship and have been together for a year and a half now.
I've never used reddit before, but I have read a few AITA-posts, and so I thought I'd come on here to ask for advice.
The other day, when my gf left for uni, they texted me that they saw a rat outside our apartment complex. Curious, I went to take a look. You see, my gf loves rats in general, and even made a rat plushie recently. I wanted to take a couple of pictures of the rat and send it to my gf so it could cheer them up in class, so I waited for a while, but the rat was nowhere to be found. To lure the rat out, I decided to put some cheese near the spot where my gf saw it. And it worked! The rat came out, and I took a couple of pictures immediately and sent it to my gf. A few minutes later, they texted me back, saying that it was really cute and they appreciated that I took the time to snap a few pictures for them.
When they came home that afternoon, we talked about our days, and then they asked how I'd managed to get such nice pictures of the rat. I told them that I had taken some of the cheese in the fridge, to which they replied "what cheese?"
Now, my gf is usually very easy-going, but I could tell immediately that something was wrong. I told them that it was the cheese they had brought home from France - last fall, they went on a trip to southern France and brought back a good amount of cheese, despite being lactose intolerant (in their own words "it’s hard cheese, so it doesn’t have A LOT of lactose").
They went to the fridge to check on the cheese and I could see their face drop. We got in a huge fight. They accused me of not caring about their interests and I protested, saying that the reason I even lured the rat out using their cheese was because I know that they really love rats, and so I obviously care about their interests. We went back and forth like that for a while, until we were both exhausted.
Now here I am, typing this out as we're sitting in different parts of the apartment, and I'm wondering if I crossed a line by giving a tiny piece of their expensive cheese to a street-rat? So, AITAH?

 | These impressions come in from and back to the road in a horseshoe. It stopped snowing around 4a and these were taken between 12:30-2:30p. Snow is fluffy and about 6". In random spots looks like maybe you can see a large foot pad but not confident at all. The distance and drag marks between each are what seem interesting to me, but maybe the drag is from wind? Area is semi-rural neighborhood surrounded by mixed forest. Mammals that I'm aware of in the area are cottontail rabbits, gray squirrels, coyotes, bobcats and foxes. There may be fishers around but haven't heard one in years. Red-shouldered hawks own my yard, crows and ravens are around, but I see nothing that makes me think bird. Hope the photos provide enough detail/context.
