Two years ago, the wait for a non Tesla EV was 2-4 years for any model that fit my family's needs. Could get a model 3 in two weeks. Musk's antics already made buying a Tesla unpalatable for me so I spent 15k over msrp for a used Ioniq 5 instead. Seeing this video today made that the best 15k I have spent in my life.

As the title says, I had placed an order for shipping items of my clothes. From college, Gandhinagar Gujarat, To Dubai, Uae.
As the parcel arrived, My Expensive Leather jacket and other clothes are missing. Upon calling and confronting him, he said he is not responsible. So who is responsible then? Your neighbor. Retarded owner. The courier name is Bombax courier service, Gandhinagar.
I want to file a consumer complaint and get my compensation. How to file a complaint and get a refund? Please help I'm clueless.
These companies need a strict action and need to be punished.

hi everyone! Canadian tourist here, travelled to Punta Cana with my partner for 1 week as a birthday present to myself. On the 2nd full day of my stay, I was in the adults-only pool and due to the pool being in a poor condition, the back of my thigh has been sliced open. the cut spans almost 15cm. it’s caused me to have a limp when I walk and it’s difficult to sit, sleep, and relax. the hotel has comp’d the medical attention and anti-bacterial cream, but the trip was ruined. this is not even mentioning the quality of the service, the food, etc. I attempted to speak with a manager, and only got as far as the assistant concierge manager. we were only offered premium services, and a possible discount on 2 nights on our next stay. I had asked for a refund on the days that were ruined (January 16th to 21st). I feel so dejected - this was supposed to be a long deserved vacation that I worked so hard to earn. I travelled to DR over a decade ago with my mom and remember it being divine - this is not what I expected or remembered. any advice that can be offered would be sincerely appreciated. :(

Guys, I bought the 1cup Bialetti thinking it would be enough for one person, but I was so wrong. The heating vessel holds around 58-59ml water(upto the valve point). I did some pre run with water. So, after extraction, I am only getting around 46-47ml water in the upper chamber everytime which would totally not suffice even for one person. I tried measuring the amount of coffee the filter basket would hold by putting in salt to weigh. I found it to be pretty decent at 17-18gms.
Now, since the return window is open should I get the 2-cup variant or the 3-cup? Also, would like to know the filter basket capacity of the variants, and the amount of coffee they can extract. TIA.
