i’ve been feeling really hurt lately because my best friend of 5+ years is not the same person i used to be so close to. they’ve changed completely into a different person who is so difficult to be friends with. i miss the friendship we had, & it’s been hard for me to see things change this way. i’ve had this friend for years we used to be best friends, do everything together & have so many awesome memories together but now she has just turned into a completely different person… she’s so so jealous of me & envious of me, she has admitted to being jealous of the way i look & trying to make me feel guilty for it & getting things done like anything to my face or body (lash extensions, piercings, tattoos, hair dye/styles) she’s manipulated me into paying for her to get beauty services just because she knows i get mine done frequently & she knows i have money & do stuff for myself.. she has even went as far as threatening our friendship if i didn’t give her money because she is broke. jealous of the money i make.. the way i look… everything.. we will be getting ready to go somewhere & after she sees the way i look or what im wearing she will completely flip a switch & ruin the plans & say she’s anxious or some bullshit because she’s jealous… shes jealous of legit everything i do she gets a nasty look in her face it’s just ugly. i’m so hurt by this i really am. i try to talk to her but she disregards what i’m saying & instantly starts talking about herself or starts bitching about some bs. i value the connection we shared & i miss the way things were between us but clearly these feelings aren’t reciprocated ☹️ i feel like i’m breaking my own heart staying friends with her because of the way she is toward me i don’t want to cut her off completely but i feel it’s time to let her go i miss the girl she used to be.. i miss my best friend.. it makes me so beyond uncomfortable. thanks soooo much for listening if you’ve read this far ❤️ has anyone else experienced this or something similar? its bothering me & hurting my heart i really needed to rant! any comments with advice or feedback is welcome and much appreciated 🥰

Anyone here EDC a knife in Canada? I was at the park with a friend of mine walking my dog and my pup go her paw stuck in some garbage so I pulled out my pocket knife (Full SE Endura) to clip off the plastic straps. My friend got really offended by the fact I had a pocket knife and told me I could hurt or kill someone with it. I told him it was a just a tool but he said I could get arrested. I've only ever used knives as tools ever since my father gave me my first (buck 110 grooved). SMH why people in Canada so sensitive?

 | Hi, I have a question regarding fake LPS. I’m pretty sure I had the Comic-Con cat LPS when I was a kid. It was released in 2009, and I collected until around 2011-ish. I asked my mom to buy it online, but I don’t remember where it was from or how much she paid for it. Considering how rare it is and the fact that I don’t live in the US, I’d surprised if I had a real one. I don’t have a picture of it, but I guess it might have been fake. Well, I hope it is, because I sold it years ago for like 5€ lol. So my question is: How much did the real one cost when it was released, and how easy was it to find a fake one back then? I’ve seen some pictures of fakes, and even today I couldn’t tell they were fake because some of them are really well made. When I was a kid, it didn’t seem fake to me compared to my other LPS. I'll explain! First, greetings. I'm from Brazil, the country where everything is expensive, but if you can be smart, you can get some things for free lol
My Gamesir x2s USB C is about to arrive, and I use Steam Link on my cell phone. I wanted to use SL on my projector, which is in the living room, but I don't have a wireless game controller.
Would it be functional if I connected this Gamesir to my cell phone, turned on Bluetooth on the Fire TV and then used the commands as a game controller?
I'm asking here, but I'm going to take the opportunity to mark it as a test. I can bring the results later.

Hello everyone,
I am very new to this and hope someone can help me with some questions. My brother (37M) just got diagnosed with ADPKD with kidney cysts and high 70s EGFR. Neither one of our parents have any kidneys issues (but on high BP meds, never had ultrasounds)...they are in their 60s and 80s.
Question: I'm 40 (F) and my EGR is 119 and never had kidney symptoms that I know of. My blood pressure is in the healthy range. Is my chance of getting ADPKD 50%? Does symptoms show up later in life? What are the first sign I should be aware of? If I get an ultrasound and there are no cysts, can I donate a kidney to my brother?
Thank you so much for helping me. Really appreciate all your advice as we are very new and scared.

 | I started the car and let it warm up. When I tried to start it again (15 minutes later) it did this, it’s been in the shop while I was putting a new clutch in. I experienced a bug in squads that I've seen some people mention in Reddit.
The latest patch has had performance issues for many users - specifically map and textures loading (and FPS and freezes).
It is possible to temporarily limit your specs (or just use poor hardware) and you will die in the lobby (because it's not loaded properly) by loading under the map.
You then go to spectate mode. When the battlebus starts, you can immediately "leave the battle bus" but you spawn at centre of map.

2025.01.20 22:30 poopeater900 my brain hasn’t gone back to normal and it’s been a year
a year ago i was smoking weed everyday. i started to abuse datura, shrooms, cold medicine, and coke. that was for about 3-4 months. I kept smoking. it got to a point where i had multiple panic attacks a day, and couldn’t make it through a full day at school. even when i was sober things looked over saturated, and would sway. and inanimate objects looked like faces everywhere. i stopped everything except smoking and popping a vicodin like once every other month and that was 10 months ago. i don’t have weird visuals anymore, or panic attacks. however, now i can’t talk to people like i used to, and my brain goes blank when i want to talk. im a lot more aware too, i feel like before i was just living mindlessly. i don’t connect or feel bonds with people like i used to either, and haven’t formed any new meaningful connections since then. now i only smoke at night and just want to figure out what is wrong with me. does anyone know what might be up? it’s ridiculous atp.
