2025.01.20 22:25 K80Bot Difference Between TMJ and Dislocation
A little over a week ago I had an upper endoscopy, and ever since the right side of my jaw has been in terrible pain.
My eyes water whenever I open my mouth wide enough to brush my teeth, and at least once Iāve blacked out from the pain.
Iāve only been eating soup and ensure, because even trying to chew the mushy veggies in my soup is awful.
I have to speak a lot for work, so that canāt be avoided, but I try to keep my mouth in a neutral closed position for the rest of my day.
This doesnāt feel ānormalā in any way. Is there a way for me to check if itās dislocated by myself? Something I can feel for? It just doesnāt feel like everything is sitting right and moving in its normal way on that side.
I was recently diagnosed with EDS, and Iām more prone to subluxations than full dislocations.

Bully reached out to me after 2 yrs. I transfered jobs after the bullying affected Me at work. I'm in a great place with my work and new coworkers and have no regrets leaving..well one of bullies texted me (I mentioned to her once, I love squishmallows before the bullying started) out of the blue she texted me recently. "I know you don't like me, but I thought of you" it was pic of new squishmallow she bought. At first, I thought it was wrong number since I deleted her number after I transfered. I told good old coworker who still works there and confirmed this was her. She said we'll that was nice of her? I mean was it. Why would you text me this? Like great you got squishmallow, but no need to tell me" was she trying make me upset by reaching out after 2 yrs? I didn't and don't plan to respond.

As the title states, i start TAFE in two weeks, how much will this hinder me? What can i do about the reaction, which is dry flaking and cracked skin, and tiny little red bumps which get a little itchy. Iāve read that itās supposed to worsen over time, but also read that it can be managed? Can i still become a nail tech?!

I love this game so much and it reminds me a lot of animal crossing whenever iām chilling in my base. I would love to see in future updates the ability to āchatā with your followers multiple times a day. I always see them making friends or enemies, fighting, etc and I would greatly enjoy dialogue pertaining to the day to day happenings of my cult. reading their minds is great but I think it would be even more immersive to have them talk to me about how proud they are of their child turning into a full cult member or tell on another member for always picking fights with them. i can see so many options so I know this would be a majorrrrr game mechanic to add in but it is something I think about whenever iām playing.
I would also love to have an easier way to see the relationship statuses of each member. Who are friends, who are enemies or lovers. knowing which members love each other would make holding weddings a lot more fun for me!

A little about me: I'm going back to school to be an elementary school teacher. I substitute teach part time. It was supposed to be a temporary thing for extra money but I realized how much I loved teaching and want to do it full time now.
I love music and going to concerts. I mostly listen to kpop (BTS, Twice, aespa, Nmixx, (G)I-DLE, Kiss of Life, etc) but I like pretty much all genres. Besides that I'm into art/photography, gaming (I just started playing genshin impact), watching sports/anime/movies/etc, and baking. I'm also obsessed with tattoos. I'm getting my 12th tattoo on Wednesday so if anyone wants to share their tattoos with me, I'd love to see them!

So I am getting a really bad sewer smell coming from my main bathroom on bitterly cold days (talking below 0 Fahrenheit). When itās above that I havenāt noticed it. I got a new roof 4 years ago now and thatās when I noticed it becoming an issue. I have a friend who does construction and he claims my vent pipe on top of the house needs to be extended. I donāt believe itās an issue with any of the p-traps because all bathrooms in my house get used regularly. Could the vent be my issue? Is it just a matter of going up on the roof and adding an extension? Before I contact a plumber Iād like to know if thereās anything I should try first. Thanks for any info!

What got you into this genre? What draws you to it?
For me honestly it was Animal Crossing on the gamecube back in the day, that game is just on its own level of complete chill and calm vibes. Not even the sequels quite have the same tone and Im not certain why.
Nothing puts me at ease like watching the fireworks at midnight new years eve overlooking the ponds, or fishing for that next big catch late into the night.

Other than aesthetics and that the P318 has what looks like a removable offset arm on the front to make consistent shots the same distance from an edge, is there a noticable difference? That arm isn't a deal breaker (probably won't use it anyway) but there's a noticable difference in reviews (P318 has 4.5ā

with 8 reviews), would it be because one is significantly newer or is it because of in-store availability? Which would be the better choice?
If it helps, Im in Canada where deals, especially for nail guns, are basically non existent. Don't own an air compressor and don't really intend on getting one as the other nail/staple guns I own (P321 18g, P325 16g, P317 stapler) are all battery so it doesn't make sense to me.

I have been plugging in different champions and formations since yesterday but nothing seems to increase my BUD any higher, and I hit my wall around 920/1000 I suck at formations. Lae'zel in the tanking position, and 4 dps in the group feels like im wasting resources, but no combination I come up with seems to do more damage. I have every champion except Krux and Wren. Any advice?
