Similar constructions exist in other Germanic languages (cf. Du. van daag "from-day," Dan., Swed. i dag "in day"). Ger. heute is from O.H.G. hiutu, from P.Gmc. hiu tagu "on (this) day," with first element from PIE pronomial stem ki-, represented by L. cis "on this side." The same applies to tomorrow and tonight, at least according to this ... If someone eats only one or two meals in a day, there are no ready-made names. Probably we would name a meal breakfast, lunch, dinner, or supper depending on what it looks like and what time of day it is. We don't use the word tea for a meal, just for the beverage. As for time of day, my dialect has two sets of word. In this case, 'next', in reference to any day of the week, is relative to 'this' day of the week. In the context of days of the week, 'this [one]' always precedes the 'next [one]'; in other words, when someone says 'next Saturday', the presumption is 'NOT this Saturday', because if they meant 'THIS Saturday', they should have used the word 'this'. But people often take today to be the first day of the count, so if on Monday someone says "within 3 days" they are thinking day 1=today, Monday; day 2=Tuesday, day 3=Wednesday. There's also the perennial question of whether the last day ends on the multiple of 24 hours from the time when the deadline was given, if it means midnight of that day, or closing time of that day, or what. Day may refer to: the day of the week (e.g., Monday, Tuesday); the day of the month (e.g, 2nd day of February); a unit of time (e.g., this task would take 2 days to complete). A date on the other hand usually has the month and the year along with the day: the 21st February 2011. It also has a fixed quality I think. I’m looking for a more professional term or phrase to describe “day to day task” or a task that is very common for a particular role of work. Due at or before 11:59:59 PM on that date - that is, before the specified day ends. Due at or before 11:59:59 PM on the previous date - that is, before the specified day begins . Due at or before a specific time on the date, such as the end of the workday for the person receiving the work . In an out of office email message I am trying to express that I will be on vacation from 03 January 2021 through 28 January 2022 and, given that the last day is a Friday, I also want to add a return date (the following Monday). I came up with this: I will be on vacation from 03.01.2022 through 28.01.2022, returning on 31.01.2022. The term itself refers to the passing year. Since the 18th century this has been used as a salutation to offer the hope that a happy day being marked would recur many more times. It is now primarily used on birthdays; prior to the mid 19th century it was used more generally, at any celebratory or festive event. It is also know as Boxing Day in Great Britain (and former colonies). For a generic term, I don't think there is an improvement upon morrow, other than to stick with the day after. Lately I’ve been feeling really angry at one of my friends , I’m really close with them and known Them now for over a year. For the past couple of days anytime they text I purposely ignore their messages or even get upset/angry I they send more than like 3 messages. This all started about a week ago , I had my first really bad mental breakdown in a really long time . When stuff like this happens I tend to revert back into my self destructive habits and s—cidal thoughts , so I ended up texting them for comfort and ended up pretty much left on read for over 7 hours . They effectively worsened my state by a lot and when they did end up responding it was some stupid unserious shit like something along the lines of “oh that sucks “ , “I hate when they do that” . Another thing that’s fueling this whole situation is that I prepared their gifts weeks before the holidays, and I got exactly what I knew they wanted . But in return I got “oh well I’m not going to send my gift rn because it might be lost in the mail” and then it became “ oh well I’ll be going to this place in a couple of weeks and I’ll get merch of your fav character” maybe I’m just looking for a reason to be mad but I really wish they would’ve atleast tried yk? Idk I just feel so alone , this isn’t the first time where I reached out for help and they ignored me for hours .

 | Since the drawers only open halfway, I want to replace the rails so that the drawers pull all the way out. (I’m not looking for a safety debate, this is what I’m doing). I’ve read through a bunch of other posts, and one solution that was posted was to order the replacement part #10047099. The poster said that this ^ part number will achieve the length desired AND the holes will match up, unlike on another post which recommended the part #’s 158674 and 158675 as the replacement drawer sliders which need some tinkering to get right. Trusting the simplicity and comment of the #10047099 post, I ordered them from IKEA, and lo and behold, they are the exact same rails that come with the product. (See picture: One that came with product is grey, the ‘replacement’ one is white.) It’s no different. So, to those who have already gone and done this, or to anybody who knows, what is the correct part I need to order? Is it the 158674 and 158675 and I need to do the adjustments? Sou casado a 26 anos, com uma esposa maravilhosa. Temos um casal de filhos (22 e 17 anos, de idade, cada um).
Ontem descobri que minha esposa tem um amante, que também é casado. Esse relacionamento extraconjugal já dura 3 meses aproximadamente. Ela não sabe que descobri tudo.
Ocorre que, de uns 2 meses para cá aproximadamente, percebi que minha esposa está mais feliz em nosso relacionamento, passou a me tratar infinitamente melhor, não fica mais estressada comigo como ocorria antes, inclusive passou a fazer sexo de modo maravilhoso comigo, algo que ela não fazia a muito tempo e quando fazia era por obrigação.
Hoje percebo que ela sente prazer sexual comigo, algo que antes não ocorria, e isso me dá mais prazer sexual também.
