I need some serious assistance getting these stupid estradot patches to stay put cause I am beyond fed up. I’ve been on 6mg estradiol valerate for a while and I wanted some help with consistent breast growth so i swapped over to patches + pills and idk WHAT they’ve done to these patches in the last few years but they WILL 👏 NOT 👏 STAY 👏
The stupid guide says to put them only on your lower waist/tummy but I will literally put bandaids over them to keep them in place and STILL they will end up warping, bending and peeling off - god and jesus hate me and apparently made me too thicc and juicy for patches because it literally feels like you have to be EMACIATED and NEVER SITTING for these dumb patches to stay on EVER and not start peeling off.
PLEASE tell me there’s somewhere else i can put them. Surely arm fat is fine? My thigh? I’ve put a new one on my upper glute or whatever it’s called but idek if that’s gonna be a better place and shockingly I’d rather not go through these things like candy. Can some transsexual here please give me some realistic advice before I die of frustration at these stupid plastic stickers of boob juice THANK YOU xxx

I had a really bad trip in 2022, like a stupid idiot I decided to take a high dose of shrooms 3.5g Penvy..but earlier on in the day I was drinking alcohol smoking strong skunk and eating junk food, not a good combination, my trip started out beautiful then I felt overwhelmed from the intense nausea then I felt like i was stuck in a constant loop, and it was endless and it lasted a few hours but felt like years. It was like I was stuck in a black void thinking is this death? But I realised I could still think so I new I wasn't dying, it was like I was vomitting but nothing was coming out, and it felt like my eyes were expanding and covering me then repeat, like I was stuck in a loop I definitely learned alot from that bad trip, even though it was a bad experience i learned priceless knowledge from it. If I become overwhelmed when tripping now I can control it and just ride the wave.. .. I would like to try DMT but think I need to build up to that. Moral of the story is don't mix anything like alcohol junk food etc when it comes to mind altering substances. Respect the mushrooms 🍄 they are alive, show them with Respect.. if not .. they will kick your ass and have you tripping balls. Its no joke, Experience is priceless, lessons get learned. Peace&Love

Are there rules around a company providing comprehensive training to carry out a role?
I feel like my workplace has terrible management and I’ve only learnt how to do one thing solidly. Everything else has either been self taught or put together with trickled down information from multiple people.
I work with one other member who likes to do everything by himself but goes on holiday a couple times a year, leaving me to cover him without being trained to do what he does.
I’m coming to my end of year review and don’t want to be held responsible for not knowing how to fully carry out different aspects of my role. I haven’t been trained to do any of it except one thing. No training sessions have been scheduled except in my first couple of weeks and I just did the same exact thing with little variation, since the time I started.
Can I get in trouble over this? Or lose my job for lack of knowing processes that were never taught to me because my teammate likes do everything on his own?

2025.01.20 22:23 VegetableRevenue3939 should I stop taking Wellbutrin?
today is 2 weeks since I started Wellbutrin. I was prescribed it for anxiety. I have noticed some pros, like sleeping through the night, not feeling anxious about lists of to-do’s, more motivation, and depending on the day less anxiety overall.
there are also some cons too though. on the days I do have anxiety the rumination is awful, feelings of hopelessness, feeling out of it, racing mind, nausea, and overall just wishing I never started.
I’m not sure whether or not I should stop taking Wellbutrin and “get out while I’m ahead” on the withdrawal side of things? I usually feel normal and content once it’s nighttime, not sure if that means the medicine is leaving my system and I feel better without it? usually the first few hours after taking it are the worst and things gradually get better until the next day and the cycle repeats.
