Hi there, I workout mostly. But sometimes I run and seems like I am having shin splits (it happens like 2 in 4 runs for same distance). Is this because of shoes? If so what are some cheaper running shoes that is bang for buck? Also does thin socks lead to this?

Chrisean sitting awkwardly eating like a mess, no sound of Junior from the short clips I saw, it’s really disturbing to me how she’s sitting there and she genuinely just gives off such a bad energy whilst a table or two away there’s Jaidyn her kids Karlissa etc and they are genuinely having a good time I’m sure they were being slightly shady but the difference to me is there’s kids being interacted with at their table whilst Chrisean is sitting there with whomever the fella is, barely talking much on live and Junior either is silent asleep or not there. But I’ve thankfully never encountered any of that on the CDs I’ve listened to. I love the care they put into all of their compilations, especially in the research and photographs that accompanies each release. I just picked up QGO today and I absolutely love it! I recently bought 2 headsets, a 3 and a 3s and my meta account is the primary admin account on both. The 3 is my main headset that I installed the app on and the 3s has a sub account that my wife uses.
I guess I have two questions here:
- Can I install the app on my 3s or does it only work on the headset it was originally installed on?
- If I can install it on my 3s, is it able to be shared with my wifes sub account?

I want to give a huge thank you to the people in this group. I am 30M With Mild CP and also very gay. I finished the book that I was writing will be available on Amazon in a few days. I wrote about being born with CP and being the odd balm from the start, how if you have mild CP you are stuck in two worlds where you are limited but the world (and even yourself sometimes) don’t see it that way. I write about lying about my disability to make something up like getting hit by a car. I write about dating and rejection but I also write about ways that I have changed my narrative of CP and I owe some of that to this group.
I wrote the book because after another failed relationship I blamed it on CP. I Sought a community that would understand me because my ex clearly didn’t want to but I’ve lived most of my life not understanding my damn self and just being a part of this group has helped me understand so much about myself. I am in awe and inspired by the people with far more severe cases of CP in this group that live unapologetically and out out despite their limitations. Continue to inspire and I hope that when my book comes out some of you will take a read and find some inspiration too and know that you are not alone. ❤️
