Hey all. I made a custom "pancake" floor tom out of an old 13" snare for my eDrum kit, then bought generic clamps and legs for it. Problem is, the legs are too short and I don't think there are longer variants that I can buy from where I live.
So my question is: are there DIY ways to make the legs longer?

I work for a mid sized national accounting firm and am an in charge.
As we entered busy season, I was moved off one of my largest filers to instead work on a pair of different audits that take up my entire schedule (my schedule is 70 hours a week).
Despite this, the manager on my old job continues to ping me and schedule calls asking me questions that an in charge would answer and last week, sent me a very long email about how my communication needs to improve if “we’re” going to file on time.
The manager was told multiple times I am not on the engagement anymore. Anything I have done for them was on my own time, because I thought I was just helping them out. How should I go about this? I’m not trying to burn bridges but this is insane to me. The scheduler at my firm said I am not supposed to work on this job, but won’t do anything about this.
I literally showed the manager my schedule, and that there is no time on my schedule for this client this busy season, and they still ping me like I should be on top of our entire teams work.
Am I just being put in a position that I have to burn a bridge?

I’ve fasted quite a few times to 96 hours I’ll do 4 day splits of nothing but water but I never seem to be able to break 5 days. I am a 20 year old female 183 pounds and 5’8. I’m 25 hours into this fast with a goal to hit 5 days or 120 hours. Just wondering how you were able to power through those last few hours. I have ADHD and am in a very challenging major so I eat without thought all the time. I’ve lost 85 pounds since 2023 from fasting but my new goal is to be in the 140s by mid May. My dream goal would be 168 hours. Any tips?
