Crisis team only has 2 staff right now.
I’m having an awful time right now. I’m in bed trying to sleep. I’ve took my meds.
Just in bed trying to sleep, all I can hear are voices inside my head chattering and bickering, sometimes being really clear. But I can’t remember what they’re saying. Sometimes it’s a little girl, sometimes it’s past abusive people. A lot of it it useless junk spewing out things from daily life.
Right now I’ve had an awful wave of anxiety and dread. More intrusive images and memories. Things from daily life, unprocessed events and childhood memories. To the point where it makes me consider not being here. There’s a huge theme of feeling extremely afraid, incapable and hopeless.
A new thing has happened where it felt like someone was bashing my head against a wall. I’m lying in bed, but I can hear and feel my head reverberate like I’m being hit. It’s in my ears. Then I’m crying. I’m worried maybe I’m having some type of seizure or developing schizophrenia. I’m going to talk to a GP tomorrow because I’m genuinely scared now.
This started months ago but seemed to be a one off occurrence. Now it’s happening almost every other night.
Has anyone been through this? How do I get help? I need help and support. I severely do. No family or close confidants. I’m on my own and internalise everything. Diagnosed with autism so I also face masking all day while all my baggage sits stewing. Getting triggered and all sorts.
I’m in Scotland, if there’s any specific support I can get.

I need advice to figure out if it's worth it to travel 300 miles to take her to small claims court or if we would be better off trying to make an agreement. It's been a year and she hasn't made any effort to pay, my girlfriend covered her portion cause we were moving and needed our credit to be clean in order to get a new house in a new town (rentals). Any advice, it costs us a lot of time and gas and taking time off of work to make the commute, we currently live in Washington State any advice for us. Thank you kindly.

2025.01.21 02:20 Originul_ What's Going On With GOT7's Channels?
Hello, I've known of GOT7 for awhile now, but only started listening to them with their new Album.
I noticed that the Python M/V was released on the "@GOT7_isourname" on YouTube and that channel and the social media accounts linked on their all our now being actively updated, but the "@GOT7" account on YouTube and its social media links aren't being uploaded, but for some reason their new album was released under @GOT7 under the release tab on YouTube, instead of being on the @GOT7_isourname channel that has the M/V and all the recent updates that @GOT7 doesn't have.
I know they all left JYPE in 2021 and in a recent BAMBAM interview he said they were able to buy GOT7 from JYPE. I don't known if its just the rights to call themselves GOT7 and/or they have both channels or not.
If they did, why is the content being separated, M/Vs are not being uploaded on the bigger channel, the bigger channel isn't getting any updates besides the album release, and the featured YouTube channels on @GOT7_isourname are Mark Tuan, JAY B, Jackson Wang, YOUNGJAE, BamBam, and (Warner Music Korea), but on the @GOT7 channel it only has the JYPE YouTube channel under it's featured YouTube channel.
So, I don't know who owns what & why is GOT7's new album on the @GOT7 channel if they don't own it and are no longer in JYPE?
Any help would be appreciated.

2025.01.21 02:20 PerformanceExtra888 Persistent robo-calls about alleged debt from “FSTCCS Inc.” Scam or should I be concerned?
Hi, I barely post so please bear with me.
I’ve been, what I believe, the victim of a scam the past month virtually every day. Ever since December I’ve been getting robo-calls from an unknown number regarding an “account that was opened against me” from a company called FSTCCS Inc. (after a google it does seem a legit company but the call is almost certainly not.)
What is odd though, is the robot on the phone leaves an unrelated callback number, that leads to the CEO of a company called Wicket.io.
I have been ignoring these calls as they have constantly just been saying “call back to avoid further escalation” and never were from a real person or included ANY information about the debt I supposedly owe.
However, today the message was different and told me I have 48 “business” hours to comply or it will be escalated.
It all seems so odd. A call from a legitimate debt collector (but not the real number or a real person on the other side) that includes a seemingly completely legit but unrelated number to call back to sort it out.
I also must add I have no debt currently and have cleared a credit check.
Any advice? Is this a scam I can safely ignore, or will I be getting a knock on the door in 2 days?

Tl:Dr my dad believes that the way to grill is to cover the grate in tinfoil and cook on that, please let us know who's wrong.
My dad and I have recently been gifted two things, a propane grill and some high quality meats, my dad has assured me he knew what he was doing and was going to teach me to grill. While I haven't had a chance to grill before because I wasn't able to own one I've watched a lot of grilling content and recipe videos so while I won't claim to be experienced I have a general idea of how things work and why. So my dad's lesson begins with him covering the grate in tin foil and turning it on, I thought this was wrong but he said he knew what he was doing. He basically just grilled with tinfoil and fucked up the burgers by getting them to medium well instead of medium rare. To my knowledge the idea behind grilling as a method is to have the fat of the meats drip down into the fire to make it better, how I'm not sure but that's what I've understood. So layering it with tin foil and then swapping that out for each new meat kinda defeats the purpose of built up flavors right? I'm new to this so I apologize if I'm wrong but id like to hear from people to see what's up, I just don't want to ruin these cool steaks I bought.

Any thoughts on whether such exemptions would be categorical by agency mission or specific to the particular job function? I understand our discussion will be speculation, but I’m curious on perspectives…
For example, would CDC continue to hire across the agency to protect the nation against health threats, or would only particular roles like Public Health Advisor or Epidemiologist be exempted, or perhaps only particular areas like infectious disease or bioterrorism?

I played through on console when the game first came out. Now I am playing through again on PC. As I am playing through, I wish there was an option to do a play through where I could leave the gang with the people I like, and just run around doing random bs with them. Nothing crazy, but it is kind of annoying listening to Dutch and company complain about money, when you literally have hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars worth of money according for inflation. It would be nice to run off with, for my case, Sadie, Leanne, Bill, Charles, Sean, and John, keep Arthur alive. Don’t get me wrong I think the game is great and enjoy the story, but I’d love a random save I could log onto and bs with them. Would think there is plenty of audio assets and AI now to make it possible to bs with them if someone wanted to make something like that and had the know how. So is there something like that, or will o have to keep dreaming for now? The pc I had before could run games but wasn’t great so I never got into mods much. Got a new rig that can actually handle some stuff, so interested in mods, but have no idea where to start for rdr2.
