I miss being in a group chat where everyone used to talk and hv fun we would have calls all night and I met someone on there and had a relationship but it didn't work out nor did the whole group chat and everyone started to leave and idk I miss that feeling of being in a group where I have ppl to talk with I'm so lonely it's been six years without much human interaction I hate it here I want to find people to have connections with to chat with not just online. I wanna hangout and have fun I wanna do what ppl in movies do.

2025.01.21 02:11 GoingGlobal-ish First and last time NYC landlord. Need advice on security deposit
My tenants just moved out. I rented my apartment fully furnished with high end furnishings. Overall they weren't that bad. They did do some pricey damage though and need to know how to handle that with their security deposit.
-They soiled a $6000 sleep number mattress. Can I replace it with their deposit?
-They tore through a custom screen door. Replacement $700
-Ruined a $1200 rug with glue, pink slime and pet damage (pet not on lease). Rug cleaner quoted $1000 to clean it. Definitely not normal wear and tear. It's trash now. FYI I warned him a year ago that he needed to care for the rug as it was getting damaged.
-Scratched up a dining table with acrylic top but figured there's nothing I can do about that as the courts would likely see it as normal wear and tear. -Put a peel and stick mural on a wall and pulled off paint when removing it. The wall needs to be skim coated and repainted. Waiting on contractor estimate
-I had 2 leather-like ottomans and they apparently put one in the bathroom as a stool for their kids. It's all cracked. Definitely not normal wear and tear as it sits next to the other one that still looks perfect, no damage. Guess the damage was caused by water and humidity.
-They scratched up the engineered floors in one room by sliding a dresser back and forth.
There are other small things but not too big a deal. Isn't it their responsibility to return the apartment to the condition I gave it to them including furniture? It was pristine. Can I just give them the link to the mattress and other items they damaged along with estimates from contractor, screen door and upholstery cleaner? Or what do I have to provide them? I'm not buying everything in the next 14 days when I have to return the deposit. It will take longer for the work to be done. FYI all these repairs and replacement items are more than their deposit.

Mitsubishi Lancer EVO IV or Mitsubishi Lancer EVO VII? As someone who is a big fan of the EVO, I sure hope they give us the EVO IV. While I like the 7, the 4 is just iconic in that it is the only car that has it's own chasis designation that can set it apart from the other EVOs in the game. That said, I'm adding a picture of that lovely EVO VI.5 that I saw and wish NAMCO would bring back the stickers... I was prescribed a 10 day course of 100mg Doxycycline twice a day for an upper respiratory infection. I always took my doses with food. While taking it I would get very nauseous and throw up, but only after a few hours of working my physically intense job. This happened multiple days in a row so I assumed it was due to the antibiotics and my body not being able to handle the physical exertion. I took a few days off while I finished the doxycycline and went back to work the day after finishing however I still got sick part way through my day. Same thing the next day (two days after completion). I have taken doxycycline before in November for an unrelated issue and didn’t have any problems taking it. Has anyone else experienced throwing up while on antibiotics but only after physical exertion? Or completing the round of antibiotics then still throwing up days afterwards? Unsure now if it’s a doxycycline related issue or maybe something else due to the timing of everything. Worried maybe my gut will react this way long term.

 | Apologies, I know this is probably a simple question, but data is not my main job and I'm stumped. My data set is not large, 300-400 rows, 122 columns. My data is [natively] already in a single table. The issue is the dates are in 116 columns (on the x-axis.) Six remaining columns are a hierarchy of forecasts from highest level down to man hours. Structure looks like attached pic #1. In my data model, (pic #1, right hand side), in the AllData_1 table, I created a unique ID for each row by combining Job+Trade into a Primary key column. In the DateKey table, I transposed the axes, creating a date column, with the Job+Trade on the other (y-)axis. Even though they are technically matching data sets, they don't have matching columns so currently, I can't link the two tables in the model. Wondering if I can create some kind of bridge table, or if I have to create separate transposed tables for each column? (Seems unnecessarily redundant.) Or is there a simpler way to do this. My pivoted table (pic#2) looks amazing, everything is where it needs to be... Except (without linking the tables,) is obviously missing the actual data. Constraints: 1. If this has already been answered in this sub (or another), I can't figure out how the response applies. I know this is probably a stupid question, please and thank you for helping me.

Pelo que dei uma pesquisada por aqui, vou precisar declarar no carnê-leão mensalmente e na declaração anual como rendimento tributável do exterior.
Caso meus recebimentos de fato aumentem consideravelmente pra faixas de 4/5 salários mínimos (como espero que aconteça), vale a pena eu abrir um MEI ou PJ para fazer essas declarações?
Observação de que a empresa paga exclusivamente pelo Paypal vinculado ao meu CPF, então não sei se isso me limita a declarar como pessoa física :P
