I worked eight hours of overtime today i am dead beat tired. Once again laying in my bed with just my thoughts. I just hate being near people and hear them get messages all day just to see i never get any texts or anything. It must be nice to just be able to talk to people all day. And then go out on weekends with groups of people and all that. Today’s day 70 and it feels like I just started this yesterday. This sucks just shows how miserable my life is. Still alone. :*(

I got to styx in 15 minutes which is very good for me and then i didn't get artemis offered..
and then i didn't get a single duo boon the whole fucking run. #and then i proceeded to get 5 sacked.#
I finsihed [redacted] at 21 minutes. Reached him at 19.. it was going so well. But when you dont even get mirage shot or splitting headache and your doing a Beowulf run. Welp.
I play beo a bit different than the community Dio cast > Poseidon cast. So my run was also aiming for splitting headache alongside dios legendary. I got offered both of them once.. I also got dicked by hermes and chaos. Got auto reload never got the legendary and only saw chaos once.. and i didn't even get + cast.
Yeah no my run sucked.

2025.01.21 03:24 oneharrydude Am I crazy for making a mega roll of scrap filament? hahaha
So, I had a ton of little filament scraps laying around and figured I’d give the SUNLU Filament Connector a shot to fuse them into one big mega roll.
This thing heats up fast and gets the job done pretty quickly. It melts the filament together just like it’s supposed to, and I was able to use that mega roll to print things that I don't care what color they are like storage bins.
It’s small and pretty easy to use overall, but there’s one small thing to watch out for. Holding both ends in place while keeping them in the hot end is a little tricky at first, but once you get the hang of it, it’s smooth sailing.
Overall, I’m really happy with it. If you’ve got a bunch of little filament pieces lying around and you want to avoid wasting them, this thing will totally do the job.

 | I main CK, as you can tell from my flair. Climbing through Silver was pretty easy for me until I got just one game away from Gold. Most of my matches, I average around 10k damage and 35k healing. However, I often find myself as the only healer, or I’m left undefended by the DPS or tanks—even when I ask for help over voice chat. I’ve been analyzing the enemy team and using my kit strategically to counter specific characters or assist teammates who are being targeted, aiming to defend them better. That said, I’ll admit I haven’t been using Terror Cape as much as I should—probably only about 10 times per game—but I don’t think that alone explains my losses. I’ve been doing my best to play effectively: saving my team from 1–2 ultimates every game, using high ground for better positioning, and leveraging my ult to create space and eliminate their healers. The only consistent wins I’ve had in Silver are when I play more aggressively or when I’m in a full-stack team. I’m seriously considering switching to DPS or tank to push through Silver and into Gold because, as a healer, I’m not getting enough protection. My DPS teammates aren’t taking out the enemy healers or dealing with their DPS effectively either. And don’t even get me started when we have a solo tank who dives into the backline, leaving the rest of us to be torn apart by the opposing team’s tank. For the past week, whenever I’ve gone back to my dungeons they haven’t reset (replaced the crystals/enemies) on the different levels.
When i enter them, it’s as if i had just completed it even if i haven’t been in it for a day or two or three.
I can enter and fight the acolytes and descend the different levels, but no crystals or chests.
I was under the assumption they reset every 24 hours.
Is there something i’m doing wrong or a fix?

I'm white, grandmother straight off the boat from Sweden, and husband is Indian. We are having a girl. Sommar means 'summer'. My mom actually met someone with this name and told me about it ages ago and at the time it was weird. But now neither of us can get it out of our heads. I'm not concerned about pronunciation, or that people might call her summer, etc. We just love the name and I need to know how weird it is.

In previous sentence examples, “זה רע” (“this is bad”), the word “רע” had no extra ending.
But now I have sentences like “אני אוכל עוגה רעה” (“I am eating bad cake”). Why does “רע” have the extra ending “ה” when we are still in present tense?

Hey there, the cold sucks, makes me wanna just grab a blanket, and relax in the couch. I'm just seeing whats out there, trying to find someone to chat with and see where that takes us. Its always dark out when im off work this time of year lol but when its nice out and im able to, ill be outside playing sports like disc golf, regular golf, or pickleball, now that my elbow is healed. Per our previous agreement with Syria, which allows the USSR to use Hama Airbase until the construction of our new Airbase along the Syrian Coast, the USSR has free reign to operate. Therefore, exercising that right, the Soviet Military is to deploy a battalion of men to the region. These men are intended to take part in the security of personnel and material as they are flown in and begin the construction of the new airbase.
These men will also be available to the Syrian Government, in the even they wish to conduct small scale exercises with the Battalion, who will be able to provide strong training to small groups of Syrian military personnel.
The unit deploying, the 329th Special Purpose Detachment, is one of our Spetznaz Battalions, part of the 2nd Guards Spetznaz Brigade. They are being prepared for...future operations
The expectation is that this deployment will last until the end of the year.

I own a double wide where the furnace has recently gone shot, so I haven't been staying there, to keep from dying of cold. I kept the water running as last night, it got down to 4 degrees here. I had space heaters in the bathroom and kitchen but not the room with the water heater.
This afternoon I came here to check and the hot water wasn't running. I dont exactly know if it's just that I didn't turn the Hot tap to open on accident, or if the water heater itself may have frozen in the night.
Im not entirely sure how to check this, to see if it's just a frozen line to/from the WH, or the unit itself. Any advice? I'm unsure if I should flip the breaker, turn off the main, or what.

The disadvantage of HireVue is that you do not have a person's email to at least be able to send them a thank you message for the interview and keep in touch to find out if there are any updates about your process.
