I've got Kessler on my fantasy team and he's great. Double double, good fg%, crazy blocks. I don't watch the Jazz, so I'm not sure how good he is as an actual player. As a Celtics fan, he's been linked to a potential trade which would put him on the bench. Could this happen on other teams as well? Would most teams still have him starting or are there many teams that will have him as a backup/sixth man?
If his role gets reduced I think trading him now would be the play. If not, keep.

Because I have a disorganized attachment, I tend to have online relationships, which are often sexual. They feel safe. The problem is that my anxious side gets so easily attached. I feel so much shame about it, because it's so stupid. I'm smart and intelligent. I know for a fact that meeting many of these people will never happen. In fact, if it did happen, I would probably be too terrified to have sex with them irl. It all goes back to me wanting to be in a relationship, but too scared to actually put myself out there, partly because I get attached so quickly.

Hi! Iām really new to project management. My background is in marketing and Iāve always managed without using project methodologies or tactics. I am now working at a non profit managing grant projects and the job was initially being a grant ācoordinatorā but the role recently shifted to project management with a need to devlop more structure and methodologies to ensure grant projects are submitted on time and to specifications. There is also regular monthly meetings to manage new grant projects with teams and manage active donor reporting deliverables. I know this is not the traditional way of working with clients, but I am taking classes to pursue my PMP. I am tasked with building out processes for the company as Iām learning them but I feel the way the role and projects are structured there may be some limitations and Iām worried that my experience might not be enough to lend me to future higher level PM opportunities. We use predictive project management since the grants we apply for have already a predetermined budget. Additionally, I donāt work with āclientsā but the grantees as stakeholders. I wanted to see if anyone has made the jump from an environment like this where it might not be a traditional PM environment to a more adaptive project management environment where they are using more of the agile methodology, scope goes through more modifications and there might be more opportunities to work on some more traditional projects with clients. If so, what was your experience like? Or how was your experience breaking into project management in general? Is the more limited experience I am currently getting enough to get higher up roles/salary in project management? Any insight is greatly appreciated. Please forgive any misuse of PM terminology, as I statedā¦ Iām really new to this.

Hello,
I'm in the process of applying for FBR via my grandparent. I am very excited for this opportunity. After this week I should only be missing one item (my replacement birth cert) which is already on the way.
However, I have a few quirks about my application. I am curious if anyone can tell me if these will get my application rejected, or if I am overthinking things.
1) I submitted my online application about 6 months ago. Sadly, I was impacted by Hurricane Helene in September, so it put gathering the documents on the back burner. I was unable to find any time limit on this application - am I correct?
2) My father successfully applied for citizenship through his parent about 1-2 years ago. My understanding is I cannot claim FBR via this parent because I was born after he was registered - is this correct?
3) For my parents witnessed ID, the witness signature is dated 2023. His ID will expire in March of this year. I am worried:
- 2023 is too far back to be used
- That they won't open the application until after April (It will likely be sent in early-mid Feb), making his ID 'expired'.
Thank you in advance for your help. I only found this subreddit a few days ago but it has already been a great resource.
