I’ve been on TRT injections for almost a year now, and unfortunately am one of the few who get back pumps. For me, if I take over 120mg weekly I start noticing my body stays more tense, especially in my back. Now add the gym on top and I get some crazy back pumps / cramps that limit my normal volume. Bloodwork always comes back within normal ranges, I drink plenty of water, and even tried adding Taurine that seems to dull some effects but never completely. Question is, has anyone else experienced this and found a lasting solution? Would getting off injection and going oral form change anything? Love the benefits the injections have given me, but the cost of being less physically active is making me rethink this path.

I know they have a guide for beginners video etc
But is it worth learning n8n even though i got no experience in coding, or even this type of stuff??

I've been recently looking at old maps of the New World when I came across this 1507 map created by German cartographer Martin Waldseemüller. While wildly inaccurate (he didn't have much to go off) it is notable for being the oldest surviving map to depict the Americas as separate from Asia, having an ocean on it's west (6 years before the Pacific was spotted by Balboa), it is also the first to use the term "America", which is what it referred to South America as, with North America being labeled as "Parias".
Looking at this map got me wondering, what if Waldseemüller 100% correctly predicted what the Americas looked like? I'm not so much interested in his inaccurate depictions of Africa and Asia (as that would change history too much) as I am in his depiction of the New World. What is there was a narrow strait in Central America separating North and South America? What if there was really a bunch of random islands between Cuba and Parias (North America)? What if North America really only consisted of like 8 single small river systems, all starting on its eastern side and not reaching the western coast? What if South America was really so long it's northern tip was latitudinal in line with Central Spain? Would the Native Americans have even reached the New World (there is a big distance between Siberia and this version of the Pacific Northwest)? What would 15/16th colonization have looked like? Would there really be any purpose to colonize this version of America or would the European powers bypass it in favor for going through the narrow strait to Asia?

This Rabbi acts like he is empathic in public. But I believe my experiences with him prove he is not.

2025.01.21 03:21 brckbwrs Kill Tony Regulars: What’s Your Take?
I’ve been watching Kill Tony for a long time, and I’ve been thinking about how underrated the regulars on the show really are. What these regulars do every week is absurdly hard. Writing a good minute of comedy is already tough. Now imagine doing it every week, while handling the pressure of millions of people watching you online and in person.
That said, I’ve always felt like Tony’s over-the-top introductions of the regulars don’t really do them any favors. They’re so exaggerated that it feels impossible for anyone to live up to the hype. Shane Gillis actually mentioned this in an episode, and his comment was kind of brushed off, but I think he had a point. It’s a lot of pressure to put on someone right before they perform, especially in a format where the audience is already quick to judge.
The truth is, Kill Tony might’ve spoiled us as viewers. We’ve gotten so used to seeing great comedy every week that it’s easy to forget just how hard it actually is. These regulars are ridiculously talented, and the fact that they keep showing up and delivering in this high-pressure environment is amazing.
Just my opinion. Would love to hear your perspective.

My cat who I’ve had for almost 9 years passed away last night with virtually no warning. I noticed his breathing seemed more rapid. He was not hiding and he was cuddling with our other cat when I just happened to notice while we were watching tv. We immediately took him to the emergency vet where they took X-rays and didn’t see any fluid in lungs or around heart. They gave him a diuretic and we brought him home to monitor him for the next few hours, knowing we could bring him back in to be put on oxygen and have other interventions. 30 minutes after he arrived home he lost control of his bladder (we initially thought this was the diuretic) and started panting which he had not done at that point. My husband rushed him back to the hospital 20 minutes away. He drove as fast as he could since he started meowing and sounding distressed. He ran inside and handed him off to a vet and parked the car. By the time he arrived inside the room my poor boy had passed. We are distraught. He was acting normally in the morning but we can’t help but feel like we must have missed something. We are first time parents with a 7 week old and so naturally most of our attention has been on her and less on our pets the last few weeks. I feel so incredibly guilty for not hospitalizing him but I honestly thought we could monitor him at home and bring him to our local vet first thing in the morning. He seemed uncomfortable but not hiding, I helped him up to his usual spot in our window. 30 minutes later he was gone from our lives. He was the most sweet boy and was best friends with our other cat and our dog. I don’t know what I’m going to do. I’ve never felt grief like this. I can’t eat and I need to eat as I’m breastfeeding our daughter. I’m in so much pain and seeing my husband break down intensified everything. I was so happy with our family of 6 and now our boy is gone. I feel numb around my daughter when she made me do happy before. I know I’ll grieve for a long time but I can’t endure this level of grief another minute. Sorry for my rambling I just needed to put this somewhere.

Hey! I’m new to the world of betta keeping and I just had my fish of almost 8 months die a couple of days ago due to what I think is ammonia poisoning. I did put in two Otto’s with him, could that have contributed to the ammonia spike? If I did have a spike, what’s the best way to go about getting my levels back to normal? Thanks!
