I am a 30-year-old brand new driver (just got my license last month). I am deciding between buying a used 2018 ILX (65,000 miles) or a 2019 Corolla (130,000 miles).
How much will I likely have to pay for a yearly premium for the ILX? Will it be substantially more than the Corolla since it’s technically a luxury car or will they likely be similar? Do insurance companies care if the car already has substantial miles on it?

I can get a Gigabyte 650-Plus for about $70-100 less than a ASUS TUF B850-Plus motherboard. The main draws of the B850-Plus are the WiFi 7 instead of WiFi 6E, and 2.5gb LAN vs gigabit LAN. Additionally, I'll get a thunderbolt header on the ASUS TUF.
This means I wouldn't ever need to get a separate WiFi 7 card or 2.5gb LAN card/USB device down the road, meaning the 2 smaller PCIE slots would be free for other things, like a Thunderbolt 5 card down the road. The ASUS TUF also has a chassis intrusion header on the motherboard, and case also has the intrusion mechanism and wiring built in, so I could hook it up. This may be worth an extra $70 to me, but for an extra $100, I'm not so sure. The VRMs will also be beefier and there will be more power phases on the ASUS TUF.
I suppose, if needed, I could always just get a WiFi 7 card and 2.5gb LAN USB device down the road. That leaves the thunderbolt header advantage on the ASUS TUF. My Gigabyte TB4 card will work without a thunderbolt header on the motherboard, through a jumper setting that allows the card to power on without the header. However, the header apparently serves as a security mechanism as well, so without that I may be opening myself up to a Thunderbolt vulnerability.
The CPU I'm using is a 7950X. Air cooled. Would you guys say it's worth the extra $70-100 for the ASUS TUF? The Gigabyte 650-Plus VRM are respectable and superior to the ASUS B650-Plus PRIME's.

Not a complaint or a big criticism but we’re reaching the climax of Gallon Bay and there is yet to be even 1 mermaid or merman the party can simp for or fight against. I dread that we may never get a lovely mermaid thumbnail. Tragic. Truly a Shakespearean tragedy.
But perhaps I am giving up too soon and there will be a mermaid just around the corner.

I’ve turned my attention to Selesnya company as the deck I’m running but with the surge of Rakdos recently seen in the meta I’m wondering what is the best sideboard plan against Rakdos Midrange specifically. The only real thing I can think of is some sort of enchantment removal like [[Knight of Autumn]] or some sort of creature that I can sac on a whim to destroy an enchantment. Hello! I am a recovering anorexic and I got back to my normal weight about 5-6 months ago. I am mostly happy at my new weight but I have a fear I am going to continue to gain. Especially because I have a bad habit of eating loads of nut butter at night, even when I am not hungry. I used to eat nothing all day and do this at night when in my eating disorder and now I am a normal weight and still can’t shake this habit. Any advice to help break this?

This 2g installed in my condo is far out with respect to the studs, and I cannot find a way to make it completely flush when I install drywall here. This area bulges out, and it is impossible to push back to try flush it with the studs. Am i thinking about the cutout in the drywall the wrong way? Any suggestions?

 | I’m sure this has been discussed before but I missed it if it was. All the Crohn’s stuff is such BS imo for so many reasons. Also (at least on IG) it seems like she’s steering away from talking about Crohn’s altogether (hmmm) and is just sort of making high protein food content, just pointless “what I eat in a day” pro-Ana type stuff under the guise of health/wellness. But does anyone think she legitimately has Munchausen’s? I only say this because no matter how much negativity she receives she seems to still thrive in the context of being sick/needing help/woe is me to the point that she’s practically killing herself in front of everyone but under the pretext of what honestly seems like a completely made up/self imposed illness journey. And (I believe) any well-functioning adult would have put all their stuff on private and stopped creating this stuff by now, but she spends an unbelievable amount of time engaging with it. And reposting stuff about her hip injuries and things that normal people do not constantly need to share or talk about. She clearly THRIVES in the illness persona, right? Or am I way off track here? Like many people I’ve gone down the route of severe restriction to lose weight, way back (like 10+ years ago) when pro-Ana websites were all over the place. But I never found myself making elaborate stories about injuries and illnesses to disguise what was going on. I feel like she has a a very acute need to be the “sick girl” and as much as it is about being thin, it’s also about being ill, and the two dynamics intertwine with each other. What do you all think?? And is there anything anyone can do?
