Absolutely dying. I have contamination ocd and I live with someone who, I just found out, doesn’t wash their hands after handling raw chicken…crying. I can’t deal with that. But I also suck at talking to people about the these sorts of things and am super awkward. Also idk how to say anything without sounding mean.
Can someone help me word something to say nicely or help me in how to approach this with them as I live with this person and they also happen to be my partner’s mum 🥲 sooo kinda awkward situation. Either that or anyone able to launch me into the sun?? Thanks

Hello!
Curious, what routine did you use to lose 10 lbs? I'm a 5'6 woman at 132 lbs, and my "normal/average" weight is usually around 120. I'm looking to lose around 10 lbs in about 4 months, and wanted to know what worked for you.
As of the past 4ish years, I eat basically keto (allergies/intolerances basically sum my food up to that) and do intermittent fasting.
On average, I probably walk 2-3 miles a day.
For a solid year, I frequented the gym around 2-3 times a week, and ran a mile 2-3 times a week, but I took around 6 months off from that with a move, new job, etc. and am ready to get back into it now. However, even with all of that for a year, I still could not lose those 10 stubborn pounds. It's been maybe 1-2 years since I've gained it, and I can't figure it out.
Tips? Tricks? Advise?

My name is T. I’m 4 years old! My birthday was last week! I love playing basketball! I’m the tallest in my class. My favorite teacher is Mr.J. I’m now able to express all my wants and needs. I love giving hugs and kisses. My teachers describe me as the sweetest boy in class. I love Mickey Mouse. My 12” bicycle was too small for me so now mama bought me a 16” bike. I’m very social and I make friends easily! My baby brother is such a happy baby! He has a gap between his teeth. He crawled for the first time yesterday, he’s as big as my little sister. Someone is missing. The person who used to come home everyday. We used to wait by the door and run into his arms…. He would play with us for a little and then get busy again. Oh how I wished he gave us more time with him….
I go to the front door and knock on it and ask mama to open it. Nobody is there
