Hey everyone, I’m looking to gain some advice on how to tackle an interview I have coming up. It’s a short interview with the Founder and CEO of a SaaS company.
The role is titled Founder’s Associate, the job duties are really interesting and align well with my experience and career aspirations.
I’m a relatively new grad (2023) but have been working at startups since I was in university through internships and my current full time role.
I’ve been looking to leave my role and have been interviewing with a few companies, all of which have been pretty standard and I usually know what to expect going in. However for this one I’m quite lost on how I should even prepare, will the interview be more casual or more difficult than usual, and what attire would work.
If anyone has any tips on what they would look for in a founders associate or any tips on how to prepare/excel at the interview it would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,
I know this is frequently asked, but still: I have several questions about Benzo belly, fluid retention, Blatter issues, gastriontestinal disturbances etc:
I've tested lately my gut, and my microbiome was not in balance (And had also Candida Fungus but that is now treated) and I know it's caused by Benzo Withdrawal and also other factors like not eating the right things and hormones. But still wanted to ask what you do or how you cope with microbiome disbalance and Benzo belly or other similar symptoms.
Also, is there any scientific paper about Gut, Gaba, Glutamate, etc etc? Want to show it to my psychiatrists and doctors.
My last question, I have a lot of Fluid Retention and it's quite bad. My body gained 10 kilos at least, having troubles with breathing, feeling really tired and sweating a lot. Is this a Benzo withdrawal symptom or can I link this to something like hormones, or something else? (then I should call my doctor ) And if you have this as well, how do you cope this?

Bought a whole cake to comfort eat. I’ve been dealing with sciatica pain in my back and leg, traveling down to my toes, numbness in my toes, for a month now. Saw my PCP, was given oral steroids, referred to orthopedic doctor. Half ass assessment, rushed out the door with a referral for physical therapy, 600mg of ibuprofen and cyclonenzaprine. She went over my x-ray but didn’t offer much explanation other than the bottom of my spine is compressed? Took 2 ibuprofen and one muscle relaxer and the pain is still the same. I’m the primary caretaker of my 4 year old. I have zero support system and am still having to go about my daily activities because what else can I do? I’ve had suicidal ideation, I’m extremely depressed. I was on a weight loss journey when this happened. Took a 24 hour Greyhound bus ride from Michigan to NC and it was so uncomfortable. Next day, couldn’t walk at all. Was excited and optimistic I was finally down to a manageable weight. Now I’m gaining it back because of depresssion and comfort eating. I’m making an appointment with a neurologist tomorrow because I want an MRI and a more detailed explanation of what’s going on and how to fix it. I’m also looking for holistic and homeopathic ways to manage this pain and lessen the compression on my nerve. Please, somebody give me some advice on what to do here. I’m at my wits end. I feel like God is punishing me, for what I don’t know. The only thing that gives me some hope is that my pain was significantly worse when this first happened (Dec 6) and has slowly, gradually gotten better. It was at first mostly in my lumbar region on my right side. After the oral steroids, it moved to my right buttock and right thigh. There was also a tightness in my calf that has since gone away. I have occasional numbness in my right toes also. My fear is that I will have residual nerve damage even if this does rectify itself. I had a DVT in my left leg when pregnant and have some weakness in that leg. Now this issue with my right leg😭😭😭 Please tell me it can get better.

19M, T since Jan 2024, ear flutter in left ear when i bring speaker next to my ear and few episodes of TTS over the couple of ears. Also had a small episode of H last year
So yesterday at night before sleeping i and my friend talked on the phone for ~40 mins. After I hung up I realised my ear is kind of feeling clogged/tensed up or pressure kinda feeling. I thought it's a mild ear fatigue and will get better by the time I wake up(today).
But well, I had too high expectations didn't I? It didn't go away (maybe a bit it did but I'm not sure as I'm hyperfocusing on it). I searched up reddit and stuff and it's all scary terms 'permanent' 'NIHL' etc etc
This clogged kinda feeling isn't really noticeable when I'm sitting in a quite place but when there's some sound. It's mild like I can ignore it if I want to but my OCD doesn't allow me to.
At this point I've accepted that suffering has no ends. What's even the point of living when you've to wake up with new fears everyday??
