2025.01.21 04:51 IGoregrinder Noob question about Sync
Hello, Yesterday I finally change my old computer and get a new one. I have Obsidian + Sync on all my devices but IF I remember correctly I had to choose a main device when I activated Sync (for backup or something I guess?). This main device was my old computer. Of course I made a copy of my Vault. Now I installed Obsidian on the new computer and log in Sync and everything looks fine, all my notes and settings are here except my plugins (only use Local Backup and FileColor so not a big deal), should I change something in the settings to use my new computer as the main device? Thanks !

Before anyone says a thing, this is ONLY a discussion about a scenario. This isn't cedh, but casual. Everyone is using the same s Ramp outline as it is the most effective and efficient. The LGS is focused on efficiency and fast games, like less than four turns. And let's say hypothetically there's also cards that allow potential FTK and Simic makes it possible, How would you react to this? Would you just leave to a different LGS? Or do you want to turn the LGS into cedh only since it's so close to that?

hello :)
so… about 2 months before my cancer diagnosis i started having this sharp pain in my left breast and at first i was afraid its a sign of heart attac because it was suddebly ar night mostly and sharp and intense abd only at one place in my breast and not the whole breast. then i noticed it comes exactly around my period. and since i have mastopathia in both breasts i didnt care anymore.
my dcis and idc was found in my right breast.. they saw a tiny 0.6mm spot in my legt breast (but near my nipple) which they tried to biopsy 2c but nothing came out… the pain i have is more towards the middle of my bode near the bones/ribs (im sorry my english isnt perfect and i dont know how this part is called) so i dont thing this is related…
i im on zoladex for about 1 month and 2-3 weeks and exemestane but my pain in the breast is still there.. tho my period didnt show up anymore…. can it still be i have this pre- /menstrual breast pain even tho im on OS and AI ? im having an appoitment in february but still wanted to know if someone expierienced something similar ?
