Hey fellow adulting peeps, I’m in a bit of a pickle and could use some advice!
So here’s the situation: I have a car that’s been sitting around, unused and unregistered, for the past 6 years. I recently decided to get my life together and renew its registration. Now, I’m worried about the possible penalties.
My main concern is whether the LTO will charge me the full PHP 10,000 fine for operating an unregistered vehicle, even though I wasn’t driving it during that time. I know that driving an unregistered car can also lead to impoundment, but since it wasn’t on the road, I’m wondering if that changes anything.
Has anyone gone through something similar? What should I expect when I head to the LTO? Are there specific fees, back payments, or fines I should prepare for except for the late reg penalty? Any tips or advice would be super appreciated!

From what I've seen so far there's almost no religion in the game. We see pantheons and religions can be formed but the victory type has been removed and also it doesn't seem that religion has a role and is completely optional. In Civ VI I stopped using religion in my recent games and I don't think I'd use it again in the new game.

To those whom have read the taste of revenge by Veronica Lancet. I read this book when it was named War unfinished, and the second book wasn't out yet. I want to know how Michele redeems himself cause idk if the scene is still in the book but when I read the book, my last straw for Michelle was that abortion and soup scene. Before that even when his action and intentions were disgustingly questionable, against all odds I was rooting for him cause I felt bad for him. Who am I kidding? I still feel bad for him, for what he went through but his trauma doesn't excuse his present actions. I felt sick when I found out Michele and Zia gets their HEA even after what he did to Zia. So tell me guys, how does he redeem himself, how could he redeem himself after that soup scene? I need spoilers, tell me the whole story cause I never continued the series.

2025.01.21 07:30 Tenebris054963 How do I get to the control room to reset the system?
This is my first play-through with light research to see what I should expect, so that should give you an idea on how much I know about this game. That being said, I'm stuck and have no clue how to go any further. Let me set the scene. I got all the way to the X ray door, built the x ray lamp, and have gear like the kite shield, full forge set, electro-gun, and grinder. The problem is the damn leyak. I think its bugged.
I say this because it either despawns on its own while in ear shot (I just see the subtitles pointing to a direction behind or 90 degrees to either side for a second or two and then nothing for a few hours) or it disappears the moment I look at it before I have chance to turn on the lamp (even if I already have it in my hands). Is there another way into the control room or a way to basically AFK farm the essence for that door? I genuinely don't know what to do at this point.
Oh, and don't worry about spoilers. I legitimately do NOT care at this point. I just want some freaking results so I can play the game again. 😑

hello all, i’m an ex starbucks barista and currently working at a smaller coffee shop. starbucks and i disagree on quite a few matters, however, they have hooked me onto the sweet sweet pistachio sauce that has been evading me for the last calendar year. what i wouldn’t do for that delicious pistachio nectar… if one of these bags? jugs? powder packs? syrup bottles? just so happened to slip mysteriously through the corporate waste cracks and made its way through the mail (i’m in MI) and into my hands you’d find yourself at least a bit richer. i’d give my life, nay my SOUL for the savior who accidentally threw one away.

Hello. I'm looking for someone to collaborate with on a modding project for GTA 5.
The goal is to use Reshade's API to create a Reshade add-on to inject custom HLSL shaders into the game. The porject's goal is to bring volumetric clouds, fog, sand, and in the future, potentially RT elements to the game.
Owning a PC copy of GTA 5 will be needed obviously. The project already has some foundation done, mostly with the Reshade add-on part. We'll also help with providing camera, buffer and offsets.

This isn’t ‘bad’ per se but it’s certainly weird, basically no matter how much I was my earrings, changing them, rinsing, even letting them air out, my earrings always have a weird smell, like cheddar and sea water, I’ve looked it up, it’s not bad or anything, but I enjoy it for some odd reason, you wont catch me dead sniffing my earrings in public but sometimes if I’m just in my room at night I’ll grab a lil whiff.

I haven’t seen anyone talk about this and I only just realized it after my 6th playthrough. When you are hanging out with a confidant, and you get music notes, sometimes, there are little star particle effects. After some closer examination, They only appear if you will be able to rank up the next time you hang out. I noticed this most easily when hanging with Kasumi. When there were no stars, the next day she didn’t rank up. When there were stars, she ranked up the next time we hung out.
Is this news to some people or am I just SUPER unobservant? Realizing it actually was SUPER helpful when hanging out with teammates. If they didn’t get the stars, I would take them to the jazz club that night so they would rank the next time we hung out!

People already know about the obvious connection of both episodes documenting how the trio first came to stack -- the movie being the first instance but in a chaotic accident while the basket ball episode being the first time it's intentionally coordinated.
However, there is yet another detail that I see little mentioned, namely Ice Bear's reaction of hiding his face when Panda and Grizz starts to have a fallout over a heated argument.
In the movie, he buries his head in dirt when the two older brothers start to argue when they were turned away at the Canadian border.
In the episode, he turns his helmet backwards to hide his face when the two starts arguing over each others shortcomings.
This is a common trauma response in children when parents (or equivalent parental figures) argue and occasionally carries in some form into adulthood as certain idiosyncrasies, especially those of the more introverted disposition like Ice Bear.
I think it's a pretty neat detail that the show creators added as a nod of Ice Bear's characterization.

I'm looking for a functioning microcassette player for some important recordings. I have 4 microcassettes recorded with a voice recorder when I was a kid. From what I remember they have recordings of family members telling stories at family parties and me interviewing people. I want to listen to the recordings of my now deceased dad but I'm afraid they won't be there or I've damaged them with random magnets at some point. I've been putting off listening to them for a while now. What I'm actually trying to prevent is my old old voice recorder from radio shack, eating the tape when I listen to them now. I'd be willing to do the mail order service but I'm really too nervous sending the only copies I have in the mail. I think I need to just do it myself.

 | (This is an idea of mine that is probably gonna sound like fan fiction cause it is ♡) The name of the game is Animal Crossing: Concrete Jungle You open the game on a Subway car where you can see a gruff old black labrador wearing a blue tarpaulin bag for a shirt. He he looks over at you with a grin and decides to sit down next to you. He introduces himself as Brandon and rambles on about how travel is his life, and people are too uptight, "...but you seem fine." He says he can tell by the look on your face that you are moving somewhere new ♡ you can continue this conversation as long as you want, but every once in a while the train will stop and you'll have a chance to check a train guide to see if this is where you want to stop. If you don't, you can get a nice conversation with Brandon "Someone called me a vagrant, but, I'll have you know, my rants are very specific", "Someone told me to sit once so I've been here ever since!", etc. When you finally find the right spot, Brandon hears the muffled announcement and asks what it said (you can name the city) Then when you tell him it's time to leave he insists you have to make the right impression, so just describe what you wanna look like (You can customize your character ♡ Three body types and heights are available too!) When you get off at the Subway Station you see that you look nothing like what you described!! You look horrible!! Isabelle sees you and decides she simply must help you because you must be down on your luck just from how you look. She has an apartment she never uses (because she's always at work), so she decides to let you stay at her house! You take a shower and freshen up to look like your happy healthy avatar ♡ Isabelle is very busy so she has to go, but she tells you to try to find a job and make some friends! From this point on, I'll just describe how this game operates! The city has randomly generated roads and plots of land some alleyways, and apartments. Many of the lots are filled with trash and things aren't doing so well because Isabelle is the only one in her whole office! You have to pick up litter and recycle for bells, and you can collect books to donate to the Public Library! Every Villager has a schedule, and some even have jobs around town! You can learn their schedule so you know how to find them easier as you become better friends ♡ Isabelle will only let you stay at her house until you have enough bells to afford your own. The nearby stores will pay you for cleaning up their parking lots so you can expect bells in the mail when you pick up their litter and put it in the right places ♡ When you finally get an apartment, you can customize it however you want! If you dont play your game for a while, your Landlord Lyle will assume you abandoned it, and stop the maintenance, so you will lose power, you won't have water, and cockroaches will start to infest your home. When this happens, you just need to send some money to let him know you're around ♡ You can vote with your neighbors on what you want most for your town, and if you talk to them every day, you can convince them to vote for what you want, as long as you talk to over half of them, you will definitely win ♡ You can work part-time jobs where you play mini-games for serving customers at a restaurant, restock fast at a store, or even sort mail! You only do it once per day though cause you don't want to overwork yourself!
