ive always struggled with immense anxiety although it's gotten much better its still a struggle. I feel like that and having no motivation to do anything just holds me back and I feel like I missed out on so much, like hobbies, going outside, new experiences. I'd like to also blame it on my phone because I know it's my fault I'm always on it but I just feel it's so hard not to be. it's so addicting but in the end makes me feel like shit because I spend my time doing that instead of something productive.
I want to do these things but I don't know how to start or have the motivation to do so, it always makes me feel good in the end I just don't know how to start really.

Basically the title. Just tryna figure out if this is inward bass, inward vocal fry, or something else. When I first did it I thought it was inward bass (I felt it throughout my throat and in my chest a bit... it also took a lot more breathing)--I'd already done inward vocal fry several times by mistake and this felt different--but it doesn't sound anything like any inward bass I've seen online (it sounds a lot slower and a lot less defined of a sound) so I have no clue if this is an actual sound or not.

Recently installed DF cuz friend wanted me to play with him. Unfortunately, he’s CN and I’m global, he can’t go global for some reason so I’m trying to go CN.
After some searching, I have some question before I install CN ver.

  1. When installing CN launcher, if I install it into the DF game folder located in the steam folders, does it cut down the installation process?
  2. I saw that when logging in via QQ or WeChat, it requires verification, but what verification does it need?
  3. I’ve already played a bit on steam and made a little progress on global, can I still link my CN account to steam? If so, will this affect my steam acc or will my global acc affect the CN ver.?

We've been going out for 3 years (on and off), single kaming dalawa pero wala kaming label. Sa three years na yun hanggang tukaan lang talaga kahit nagpupumilit pa sya na magsx kami, hndi talaga ako pumayag. Sinusundo nya ko palagi galing sa work at nag roroadtrip minsan. Tapos nung nahulog na yung loob ko sa kanya pumayag na ako, Imagine after three years tsaka palang ako pumayag na may mangyari samin. Tapos after nung araw na yun, wala na akong may narinig sa kanya. Ni chat or kmusta man lang wala na talaga. Hndi ako makatulog kakaisip kung bakit hndi na sya nagpaparamdam, parang nagkakaroon pa ako ng anxiety2 gabi2 kung bakit ganun.
Hndi ako makatiis chinat ko talaga sya kung bakit nya yun ginawa. Sa other soc med platform kmi nagchachat. Pero tangna after ko magchat nagreply sya na after nun hndi nya ako nacontact dahil nagpalit sya ng phone at nakalimutan nya yung password nya sa app na yun. Like antanga talaga ng rason. Sa sobrang galit ko sinabi ko nalang na sana wag ko na sya makita ulit.
As in tahimik lang akong nasasaktan dito. Sya naman yung nag effort noon,kinuha nya yung loob ko tas after lng ng ganun wala na. Sya yung naghabol tapos ako yung nasasaktan ngayon 🙂 binigyan nya pa ako ng insecurities dahil iniisip ko ako yung may problema pero sya rin naman nasarapan nung may nangyari samin, anliit din naman ng etits nya 🥲 nakakabobo sya

Prebacio sam se na jutarnji ritam. Prije sam spavao po danu tj. bio bi budan do 6 ujutro. Sad idem leć oko 23h. Problemi mi je što sad kad idem puno ranije spavati spavam puno kraće tj. probudim se nakon 5,6 sna i dalje nemogu utonut u duboki san. Dok sam spavao po danu sam spavao po 8-9-10 sati bez problema.Nisam u komadu spavao nego bi se isto probudio nakon 5-6 sati pa opet nastavio u dubok san.
