Day 2. Laying in bed. It's 3AM all I want to do is relapse. Nothing would make me happier. All day I've been trying to resist the urge. I have noticed that when I watch prn I want to vape again too. Trying to quit that as well. It sucks. Prn is my favorite escape. Without it I feel so many feelings and have so many thoughts that I don't want to. So much hatred, anger, and frustration in my heart and soul. So much sadness. I just have to stay busy. There's so many other things I could do. I am determined to find a million other things to do besides watch prn. I hate it. The ideal version of myself doesn't watch prn. He is focused and determined. Wish me luck. I wish you all the same. We are designing a kitchen and I don't know what to do? I want a porcelain worktop, I love the high gloss one, it's like glass. However, quartz is way cheaper, but it doesn't come in the same high gloss. I don't mind spending the money, if porcelain is better quality. Please help me decide? Can you tell me the pros and weaknesses of them? Your experiences?

2025.01.21 08:30 Accomplished-Tell674 Tips on Deep Pantry in a Small Kitchen
Pretty much the title. I already cook a lot and normally buy 2-3 weeks worth of food at a time, but I’d like to try and have 2-3 months worth of food in the house. Worried about food security and job security, we just want to make sure food isn’t something we’ll have to worry about one day to the next.
I’m planning to garden more aggressively this year and focus on foods that are calorie dense and keep well, along with “quick” growing greens. Going to spend this year learning to can and preserve a lot.
When it comes to store bought, I’d love to buy more pantry items like rice, flour, beans and grains in bulk, but not sure the best methods on storage and pest management. Our kitchen is also really small. I’m willing to put food anywhere, but I guess I’m looking for tips on storing and planning out a deeper pantry.
Some relevant info:
- 2 Person Household
- Normally cook 2 meals a day
- We try and prioritize protein and fiber, but most meals are well rounded anyways.

My LO is almost 8 months old and I'm trying to switch from breast to bottle. I'm switching one feed every 7-10 days, and right now we're at 3 bottles ( breakfast, before nap 2, before bed).
The rest is still breastfeeding, including 3 feeds at night that I desperately want to stop but haven't been able to (due to teething, illness, needing to put him back to sleep quickly...).
He has solids 2x day but doesn't have much.
He now wakes up a lot earlier after being put to bed, and generally is fussier during the night. It could be 8 months regression, or teething or because we moved him to a bigger bed?
But what I'm worried about is that he doesn't eat enough on the bottle on purpose because he knows there will be boob later.
For instance, he hasn't fed in 3+ hours, I offer the bottle and he will take only 60 ml, 100ml at most.
•Is this normal? •is it because I still offer the same number of feeds as when he was fully breastfed? •in the evening, could it be that the last bottle is too close to solids (we start the feed 30 minutes after solids, because I want him to eat with us but it takes ages and then gets close to his bedtime ...)
Any ideas or advice is appreciated! Thank you

2025.01.21 08:30 eucalyptusisawesome low FPS even with a good CPU/GPU ? Try this. (Worked for me)
I have a pretty decent system and can run many games on high framerates but poe was always at like 90-100 FPS in hideout and on maps i got like 60 -50 which was baaad and i wanted those juicy 144.
Opened my task manager and saw that my CPU was at like 40% usage and my GPU was at 50% ish even tho ingame the graph said everything is all maxxed out. POE was not using all my cores and not using the graphics card completely
- Turn of fast boot, it caused my CPU to be in a "sleep mode" or energy saving mode. This was the one that did it for me. It prevented my CPU form getting used correctly and balancing the workload between CPU and GPU.
-If you have a good GPU but your CPU could be a bottle neck, try just for fun turning your graphics UP! Let the GPU do the work. Often on low graphics the CPU does alot of work since it can but then is not able to handle other stuff. If youre in a map where alot of stuff blows up and your CPU is trying to do that and it cant since it´s not good, it will struggle.
- Very important also if you havent done already, go into your energy settings and choose the option with "high performance", this will increase your performance so much.
-Also not only for POE but update your drivers, GPU, CPU, Motherboard!!!
note: this doesnt need to work for everyone but for me atleast it worked pretty well.

To move to the next day we must all do something disgusting and it's a chore. Where I live everyone in my community must do something disgusting for time to move on forwards. The people who keep the towns running tell us what we need to do to move to the next day. Yesterday we had to roll around in mud with dead pigs so that we could move forwards to today. Not everyone wanted to do it and so the only people I am seeing today are the ones who rolled around in mud with the dead pigs, and it was disgusting. I do miss some people who are still stuck in Tuesday.
Today I found out that for us all to move forward to Thursday, we must bathe in decomposing human bodies. That was it for me and I decided to stay stuck in Wednesday forever. I am not bathing in decomposing bodies and I do not care about the consequences. All that will happen is that the day will keep repeating itself until I bathe in decomposing bodies. I am sick of doing this and just because you are in a day that keeps repeating itself, you will still age and become sicker more quicker than if you moved forwards.
One guy who decided to stay stuck in last sunday, decided to move forwards by doing all of the disgusting things required to move forwards in time. He was 22 and by the time he caught up to present day, he looked like was 70. Being stuck in the same day for too long will age you so quickly. I accepted that though and I wasn't prepared to do what was necessary to move forwards. I have always wondered who always prepares for us, the disgusting things we need to do to move forwards.
Like who is going to prepare the decomposing human bodies and who killed the pigs that we rolled around yesterday, to move forwards to today. Then I saw someone appear in front of me out of no where. This person had killed someone and i saw more people appearing out of no where, and they too had killed someone.
Then I realised those will be the dead human bodies that we would have to bathe in to move forward to Thursday. Those people though that appeared out of nothing, they are moving back in time and they are becoming younger. Some of them are hundreds of years old.
So we that try to move forward have to do disgusting things, those that move backwards create the disgusting things. I guess there's always a balance.
