I was malnourished and a picky eater throughout my early teenage years which resulted in stunted growth, Doc said I still have 2-3 years of growth left (still in early-mid puberty). I am already on a caloric surplus and eating a healthy varied diet as I am working with a dietician.
Supplements Iam already taking because I was deficient in them
- Vitamin D3 + K2, B complex, Magnesium, Zinc and copper, electrolytes, protein, sometimes boron
I was wondering if there are any additional supplements which can help maximize my growth potential and what are the most important nutrients and supplements which can positively influence growth.

I read a y/a novel in 2011-2013, and can't remember the name of it. I remember plot points; it was about a girl who was kidnapped by a scientist type guy, her dad tried to get her back. I think she was a clone, and was genetically engineered by the scientist people to be like a mermaid/fish type being bc it ended with her and her clone sisters living underwater. I know this might make some think I’m a fan of Muthu, Soundarya, or Vishal, but let me make it clear – I’m not. I don't have any personal favs but I liked deepak for his genuinity.
Apart from that, I’m just a neutral Bigg Boss viewer who watches the show purely for entertainment and doesn’t even vote. The last time I voted was in Season 3, and that too, only for Sandy.
Now, the thing is - whenever I check social media, especially Twitter, I see an overwhelming amount of support for Jack, even more than the title winner or the two runner-ups. Also I don’t actively follow Bigg Boss content online, so I’m not sure how social media influences the popularity of contestants. But as someone who just casually watches the show, I find it hard to believe that her gameplay alone brought in such a massive fanbase.
Yes, she was sensible at times, but I don’t think that justifies the god-level following she seems to have. So, I’m genuinely curious – how did she manage to pull such a huge crowd? Is it her PR, her personality, or something else entirely? Coming from a normal biggboss viewer that consumes BB through Television not social media.

I have a acer alg rtx2050 gaming laptop recently i plugged in the laptop charger and then there was a short circuit in my charger plug electric socket board and i managed to turn off just in time but my battery went from 15 to 45% is my motherboard ok and is my laptop battery damaged ? :( This laptop is still in warranty as i purchased 2 months ago
But here is the funny part i recently had more powerful gpu than 2050 my previous laptop with gtx1650ti was 10 % faster than 2050 lol but after 4 yrs it's motherboard got cooked :(
Also, Should i need to do anything or replace the laptop just in case?

Guys, tell me please is this normal thing to happen? I printed many rounded objects and all of them have such a vertical bump on a surface. I assumed that's the point where a printer starts a new layer and it cannot be avoided but on the other hand Ive seen many prints made with A1 mini without that "artifact". When I print straight lines objects there is no such thing on a surface. Thanks a lot for your help!
