I wanted to discuss how everyone perceived the Korean ck. Since I noticed some weird headcannon and was wondering where it came from. The first thing which is literally on the some sites (not run by show writers to my knowledge) is that it’s put down in a lot of places “Yoon was the only member of Korean ck to like and respect Tory.” Which is bs we actually see that the Korean ck is a fairly chill group with each other for the most part, if you watch the show you’ll notice that after they beat Miagi do she gains the like and respect of both Kwon and Yoon at the least.
And to clarify because it’s probably the main thing I’ll get comments on Kwon is shown in the start of the next episode celebrating with Tory, not to mention when they go out to the bar she’s mostly shown hanging out with Kwon and Yoon, in the part where Kwon tries to get in Robby’s head we actually see Kwon and Tory specifically drinking and talking with it just being the two of them then Robby looks over and she leaves which is what gives Kwon the leverage to to transition to messing with Robby. There was a discussion on the discord about this a few days ago where the primary counter point to this was Kwon and Tory almost fighting in the lobby in episode 10 now I didn’t and don’t see this as to important since one most of the male leads have almost fought a girl at some point (Robby, Hawk, etc) and he also didn’t seem to be bothered by her until she jabbed at him for losing after taunting Robby. But considering literally every character in the show is described as “hot headed” I don’t feel like that makes it that bad plus they don’t seem to Carrie hard feelings after.
Then there’s the Yoon gooning, I mean yeah he is nicer then some of the cobra Kai’s in the past but most of the crap people say about him isn’t even true. Some mentioned the part with him and Kwon attacking Robby trying to say “he wasn’t holding him back he just had his hands on his back” but if you watch the scene he literally hooks his arms around Robby’s to hold him while Kwon hits him, and with the thing about him being surprised about when Kwon cheap shot Robby yeah he was but he was clearly very cool with it, not mentioning that he used his position in episode 3 to bully Kwon before Kwon went to Kreese. That being said he is still a good team player and comrad with how quick him and Kwon were able to reconcile and become friends (good writing or no they were the main too we see celebrating together after victory’s) and how he showed support not only for Kwon but also Tory. But again I want to clarify that he was NOT THE ONLY CK TO LIKE AND RESPECT TORY
I’ve seen a lot of people on here say “Kwon is the most evil student to come out of Cobra Kai” but that usually seems to be because of either him harassing the miyagi dos or because he grabbed a knife in the fight with Axel, and to that second point I don’t think he was planning on killing Axel since he was blinded by rage so probably wouldn’t have a certain outcome in mind but still probably wouldn’t be dumb enough to try to kill a dude on live tv. But about him harassing the miyagi dos 1 Kreese specifically told him to and 2 he was drunk in the bar and let’s be honest most of the parts that weren’t at the bar were just trash talking. Also when I watched the show I don’t know if was just me but it seemed like it was framed to blame him when Robby slept with Zara and that should only be on Zara since she literally SAed him

Two similar plays, two different outcomes. Player on pressured breakaway is interfered with by the defending team, falls, and slides into the goalie, during which the puck crosses the goal line. In the first clip, the goal was allowed, and in the second it was waved off after the referees consulted. Both gave "the player was pushed into the goalie" as their reasoning for allowing/disallowing the goals. Which call is correct?
Player on pressured rush is interfered with and slides into goalie. In on e case goal is allowed, in the other it isn't.

I've been told this is a vintage Chinese apothecary chest. Some of the drawers still have faint remnants of what appear to be herbs. Some mandarin speaking friends say that the symbols are words, but don't necessarily make sense together (i.e. east mountain, bird grass, etc). However one of their more traditional parents said that he recognized the names of several traditional Chinese medicines. Could anybody tell me what used to be in each drawer?
