Je viens de reroll ecaflip, je suis 136, et j’adore la mécanique mais j’ai un peu de mal à enchaîner rapidement et je m’y perd un peu dans les enchaînements, je suis sur une panoplie eau donc je priorise l’eau, mais je voudrais avoir votre avis : quel est le mieux ? Eca multi ? Vu qu’il a besoin de plusieurs sorts de plusieurs éléments pour les combots, ou je le laisse eau ? Ou je le passe sur un autre élément ? C’est que pour du PVM.
Et comment je peux le jouer, quels conseils avez-vous à me donner ?

Hey all,
I'm 39/m and have lived with Tinnitus for as long as I can remember. I don't have any memory of how I got it. It's mainly in my left ear and it's a very loud, high pitched beeping sound that I hear 24/7. It's always the same pitch and very very rarely changes. It never goes away.
Is this normal of most people who deal with T? A lot of the time I don't notice it but I can't sleep in silence or be in silent rooms without it driving me crazy. I sleep right by a fan on high all night to mask it. I know there isn't a cure but has anything come out recently to help? Thank you!
