17M, 200lbs. 5'5.
I'll typically do things like load up 5-600lbs on machine leg press (for 2 sets of 10-12, post warm up), 3-400lbs for trap bar shrugs, full stack on lat pull downs (normally about 2-230lbs at my gym), full stack on hip abductor (about 230lbs), 10-15 weighted pull ups (w/extra 30-45lbs), full stack on the ab twist matchine (not sure what it's called, but it's about 130 or 140lbs), full stack on leg extension (130-140lbs).
I stopped doing bench/squat/deadlift due to severe injuries that happened outside the gym. I kinda get insecure about my lifts sometimes, and when I go on Strength Level, I get told I'm novice in some lifts, so I'm not sure where I stand.

I'm going to be kayaking, swamp hiking, and snorkeling and leaving the good birding camera at home. What would you suggest to get some nature photos in these conditions? I can imagine some macro would be helpful for other nature subjects. I've been looking at the OM Tough or a GoPro- but also wondering if a snorkeling case and a second-hand phone would end up with better quality photos (and possibly be cheaper)?
