I currently have OCD and Bipolar... and autism... but the OCD was only recently diagnosed and it has been a game changer.
I am currently being successfully treated for them all...and it is showing progress.
For example? I have written and deleted thousands of stories, written poorer stories from my lack of focus and so on but now, after finally getting my meds adjusted and an SSRI for my OCD ( which I finally got a diagnoses with) ... I have stopped doing that.
I am so freaking happy, I almost started to cry.
I managed to ignore the urge to rampantly delete my stories and I think I could actually write a good book. I am so proud...
I just wanted to share that with you all.

Hi! I'm looking for someone to do a longterm House of the Dragon roleplay with me, but with one catch. I'm not interested in recreating all the events that happened, rather, I'm hoping for this roleplay to change the history of the continent, creating our very own Westeros, possibly ending up being completely different than the one depicted later in Game of Thrones. That's the idea anyway.
A bit about me: - I'm a 25 M, been roleplaying for almost 7 years now, I try to emulate my partner in terms of writing style. - I've written all sorts of roleplays over the years so I'm pretty much open to anything, except one sentence replies. Those are not acceptable. - I love references, and I use a lot of them, especially for characters. It helps me give the impression they're real people. I realize it's not everyone's cup of tea, which is why I'm mentioning it here. For this rp, I'm thinking realistic face claims.
A bit about what I want from you: - Enthusiasm. Very important. If we're both excited about writing this rp, it has a better chance of lasting longer. - OOC chatting and plotting. The plot doesn't have to be discussed in detail, I do like being surprised now and then, but a healthy plot conversation ensures it's all going the way we both want it to go. And I love talking about my characters! Besides, roleplays are not as good if you're not doing them with a friend. - Please, please be over 21 years old. A roleplay set in this particular universe is bound to have plenty of NSFW elements (which we can discuss) and I don't feel comfortable writing that with someone younger.

I always run based on my perceived effort pero may heart rate monitor naman ako sa watch and it reads around 180+bpm everytime I push through with my personal limit na sinet ko since I don't want to feel really bad after workouts kasi may pasok kinabukasan or I need to do personal stuff with enough energy kung matapat ng weekends. so i met my boyfriend through this girl i was friends with, let’s call her Angela for the story. angela pushed me and my bf together supportively when she found out we had mutual feelings for each other in the beginning, long story short she caused a bunch of problems in our relationship. like we’d go to her for advice or something and she’d stir shit up and make it worse without us realising because she was a master manipulator. this caused me and my boyfriend to have a huge argument and break up and of course, angela was by my side the whole time talking shit about him and calling me specifically when he left for work to convince me to leave him etc. she also told me her and her boyfriend made a bet of how long me and my boyfriend would last, both guessing less than a month or so which is very far off where we are now and even when this all happened. not long after this happened i couldn’t bare the fact my boyfriend wasn’t there and we made up and talked things through, and came up with a solution. Angela was LIVID about this, sending me a huge paragraph about how she felt used and disrespected, about how my solution is just another excuse and stupid and won’t work, and saying she won’t hang out with me if he’s there. she had him blocked by this time. a couple days after this, she shows up unannounced asking to pull him for a chat. i found this suspicious and it escalated into a huge argument which resulted in her telling my boyfriend i manipulated her into everything!! and then had the nerve to ask for a ride home!!! she used the excuse of that was the only time she could speak to him. this will matter later on ;). of course my boyfriend took my side, made her take the bus and we are still together and don’t speak to her anymore 😁😁
HOWEVERRRR.
my boyfriend has these other friends whom he doesn’t speak to anymore either, let’s call them john adam and amy. adam and amy are dating even though john and some other friends were on good terms with have all expressed their extreme distaste for amy, including my boyfriend, myself and angela when we were friends. there were constant “it’s not talking shit if it’s the truth” vibe conversations about her, may i remind you angela was part of these conversations and always had a LOT to say on gossiping matters about literally anyone and anything, especially a mean person we collectively disliked. when we fell out with angela, literally the next day amy was posting on her ig story at angela’s house, and a couple days after that too. may i remind you she told us she couldn’t make time for us any other time in the week other than that awkward unannounced appearance.
a couple days/a week or so after this, John shows up to my boyfriends house on crutches unannounced saying he needs to talk to him. they caught up a little bit, gossiped about the group and how amy started copying angela and it was really embarrassing, and then told my boyfriend he wanted to apologise for everything because he only had a couple months left to live. he went into detail about his condition and the % chances he had from different operations and medicine. my boyfriend was obviously distraught and went through a lot of emotions as he was upset he might lose his friend, and mad that the whole argument had to happen before this happened, and it wasn’t nice. i’d only met john a couple times and he wasn’t really my vibe but i liked him so obviously i felt awful for my boyfriend.
now cut to a couple days ago. my boyfriend goes to hang out with a couple of friends from the group who we haven’t mentioned because we like them 😂 he asks how John is doing. i wasn’t there but from how my boyfriend described it, here’s a scene for the imagination:
“how is john doing? he doesn’t reply to me much. i hope he’s okay”
“we don’t speak to him either hahahah”
“… what about his condition?”
“huh?”
“isn’t he dying”
“what the fuck r u talking about.”
*john is alive and well. the crutches were because he was fucking around and broke or fractured his ankle or something.
now obviously i don’t agree with what im about to say, but my boyfriend is quite well off in his family. so if john were to be asking for help or money and my boyfriend was providing him with those things due to his unfortunate situation, it would be a bit more understandable, you know? lying to get something out of it, for your own benefit.
but he wasn’t!!! he was literally just lying to one of his best friends and making him feel that way for the sake of it.
my bf didn’t seem to care that much telling the story and i was confused at first, but at this point it’s like. grow up please. we are adults.
also “angela” and “amy” if you see this why have you got us blocked if you’re gonna stalk us on social media? did you know we can see your alt accounts in our views? hahahah

English is not my first lenguage so I hope you guys understand! My 24f is dating K 23m and the situation is uncomfortable, a little back story. K and me met in 2013 in school we was in the same class and he was my crush but he always was the most shy student in the class and I was shy too that didn’t help the situation so I just forget about it because at the end we were just kids.
After one year we went to the another school but diferents classrooms bc of the choices in our school packages, he then started to say hi of greeting me nervously from afar which I didn’t overthink because we was old classmates I still was shy and goes from class to class and home afterwards, I graduated and went to the next step for nursing while he graduated and decided to go abroad (he came back after 3 months and didn’t study further just work etc). Never hear of him back since school mid 2019. (Remember we never actually spoke all these years was just hi and him being nervously always), so my life just continue.
I have all my social medias but only are really active in WhatsApp, Facebook instagram etc it’s just for some memes and videos etc so I almost never I check message and things there.
I saw a name that knew familiar message in messenger and older my brother was there so I ask him you know this guy right and he told me jokingly hahahah your crush from school that you never talked to and we laugh at that and brush it off.
I noticed this wasn’t the first message but for some reason I did open the message in the past and never responded. I started taking to K and later the same week meet with him at night to hang out and catch up and I had a crush again on this manlike almost immediately and he seems really good, kind and down to earth with everything and the way he looked at me was everything. He did confess he always liked me but though I didn’t like him because I would just say hi and left while he wanted to continue the convo but was too nervous to ask me to stay I’m talking about school time.
So here’s the problem we have been seeing each other since then and was intimate 1 time which wasn’t great but I just though maybe with time it will be better because we need to learn what the other likes and I never told him anything but hi started to question and making assumptions that I didn’t like it and it was ok but don’t fake things.
I really like this K but he’s insecure and things that happened in the past is killing the vibe like his ex’s that cheated, K literally think everything I’m talking with someone else of if I fell asleep is bad because I might be doing something else, I can’t take pictures of myself in lingerie bc I feel sexy but pictures from the past, I cant post videos bc this is for who, complaining about me not seeing he’s post or reacting to them, i post a TikTok that was hilarious and he ask me if I like this type of guys (Haitian) maybe that’s what I need.
We can’t go not even 5min out and be good he’s mood is always changing and idk what to do, I cut him off for like month and miss him that’s why I went back and he want me to noticed everything like we was in the car for the sunset and he closed his eyes and I just deed the same till I was almost falling asleep and he wake me up and was mad that I was asleep and no spending time and that I didn’t notice he was crying (like I was asleep) and he try to cry again when we was talking about it and when I ask he says I’m not and you’re overthinking like you want me to notice or not?
He also doesn’t want me to go out of wear certain things. This venting stuff felt really good thank you for reading
I now what I need to do but before that is there a way o can make it work bc I still like him and feel good from time to time.

Seriously, this has been driving me insane. I've had curly hair my entire childhood, and while there were many compliments, anyone born in the late 90's/early 2000's can understand when I say it was heavily bullied out of me. I spent 12 years chemically straightening my hair, until the options were an extreme haircut or going bald. So, I transitioned back to curly hair 3 and a half years ago. While I still straighten my hair sometimes, people are eager to tell me I look a lot better with my natural curls.
The thing is, I don't like it. If I could make my hair grow naturally straight I would. I couldn't care less about going through all the moisturizing and hand curling and creams and oils and whatnot. And I am not leaving the house looking like a crazy lady, with puffy and unruly hair. Yet, whenever people see my real hair, they go on an inevitable rant on how I should be grateful, how I shouldn't do that, how my hair is beautiful and I should accept it the way it is.
I guess my question is, why does people think they have the right to tell me or any other women how we should look like? And how can I better deal with this? Because at this point I'm close to just telling them to f off.
