I have been subscribed to their magazine since it relaunched in 2021. I resubscribed for the 3rd time about 6 months ago and paid with Bitcoin as I always do if the seller accepts it. I received the first of four issues in the subscription and nothing since. Two other issues have been released that I should have received.
I contacted them 12/12/2024 regarding this at the only contact I have been able to find, the email address on their website. I received a response four days later on 12/16/3024 in which they apologized and stated they would look into the issue. I haven't heard from them since.
I emailed them to follow up on 1/8/2025 and again on 1/16/2025. I received no reply to either attempt. They appear to be impossible to get in contact with if you have an issue with your order.
Since I paid with Bitcoin, I unfortunately have zero recourse at this point. You'd think Bitcoin Magazine would be a trustworthy place to spend Bitcoin. Pay with credit card if you decide to shop there. That's all.

We are staying at Hotel by the airport and only half the family is going to the race. Shuttle seems to be a long way out of our way.
Drop off spot doesn't even have to be too close. Son and I are OK walking for 30 mins.
Curious if there is a good location away from the track or can you use ride share area for pickups?

2025.01.22 01:03 RegularAdventurous88 Mystery 200 GB of data on my hard drive - how do I access and delete
I tried TechSupport, but because I mentioned Windows 7, their bot deleted my post even though I have Windows 10 installed. I'm not sure if I have malware or something else. The SSD is full - 3 GB were freed up yesterday and this morning it was full again even though I wasn't connected to the internet?
Thoughts? Who else can I ask? Or what suggestions do you have?
I have an old Dell XPS that came with Windows 7 and was upgraded to Windows 10. At one point the SSD died and the local repair shop put in a new 1TB SSD. I asked them to keep the 2 TB Disk Drive in as back up. It doesn't seem to be the issue.
The SSD has 9.4G for Program Files, 9.2G for Program Data, 18G for Program Files (x86), 34.3G for Windows and 676G of User data - I'm the only user, never set up a Guest profile.
How do I access and delete the 185G of rogue data? I've got Norton Ultimate which i don't like, but i don't have any idea how to do what it does, and it doesn't seem to detect a virus. Thanks!
