I decided to get SSE after Steam made the 95% off sale. I started to add mods from my LE list, and I noticed that iEquip is not up to date with the game version.
I followed the instructions on the mod post and replaced the iEquipUtil.dll file, the game loads without prompting the error, but the iEquip option in MCM is not showing up. https://imgur.com/a/eNpyzO5
Is there an update to fix it or an alternative that lets me cycle through my weapons?

Falling squarely into the Netflix tradition of star-studded, formulaic blockbusters, this film feels more like an obligation to content quotas than a labor of creative passion. Despite the charm of its leads, Cameron Diaz and Jamie Foxx, the movie struggles under the weight of a generic plot, uninspired action sequences, and a script that rarely rises above mediocrity.
The story begins with Emily (Diaz) and Matt (Foxx), two retired spies who leave their adrenaline-fueled careers behind to start a family. The central MacGuffin—a key capable of overriding any electronic system—sets the stage for an opening airplane fight sequence that, while serviceable, does little to establish stakes or clarity. The villains remain faceless, their motives vague, and the setup hurriedly transitions to the real premise: a quiet family life upended 15 years later when their past resurfaces.
Flash-forward to their domestic bliss, where their teenage daughter Alice (McKenna Roberts) and younger son Leo (Rylan Jackson) are living oblivious to their parents’ former lives. The return of Chuck (Kyle Chandler), an old handler with ulterior motives, and Baron (Andrew Scott), Emily’s MI6-agent ex, thrust the family back into danger. What unfolds is a by-the-numbers action plot, complete with betrayals, double-crosses, and uninspired twists.

Hi, sorry I am new to investment and I am really dumb. I am struggling to understand why negative gearing is as powerful as people make it sound like. Maybe I have some misconceptions, so I would really appreciate it if you could see if there is anything wrong with my reasoning below. I will use investment property as an example.
First, if your investment property has a negative cash flow, but the negative cash flow is solely a result of expenses that you really need to pay out of your pocket (e.g. maintenance costs, council rates, etc.), you are not really gaining anything by having this money-losing activity. Sure, your taxes are reduced because your taxable income goes down, but the goal shouldn't be to minimise taxes, but to maximise post-tax income? I mean you can't become better off by deliberately losing money, any more than you can become (financially) better off by deliberately switching to a lower-paying job.
So it seems that negative gearing is only helpful if, and to the extent that, the negative cash flow results from an "expense" that you don't actually have to pay but is recognised by the ATO nonetheless, namely depreciation? But I heard (and this is where I am not entirely sure) that the depreciation on a new $600K house is only deemed to be around $10,000 in each of the first few years, and goes down to a negligible amount from the 6th year onwards?
Moreover, when you eventually sell the house you'll have to add back all the depreciation you've claimed over the years? I understand this doesn't totally wipe out the benefit because you may be claiming the depreciation in several years in which you have high income and be selling the house when you are retired and have low income, but essentially the benefit is just the total depreciation claimed (probably less than $10K) multiplied by the difference in marginal tax rates between your high-earning years and low-earning year, i.e. less than $50,000?
If the above estimate is correct, is it really worth spending so much effort across several decades just to get an extra $50,000? (I understand house prices may go up, but other kinds of investment also have returns. The only benefit that property investment has but other investments don't is negative gearing from depreciation, right?)
Thanks a lot! I am not trying to be snarky or anything. I am just thinking aloud so hopefully you can spot any holes in my reasoning. I genuinely want to understand this.

2025.01.22 01:16 VirtualArmsDealer Help me work out the value of this inductor on the IOTCU v.5 mod board
Recently I modified a UVK5 with the v.5 mod and it all went fine but I wasn't getting any sensitivity on the SI4732 receiver in HF mode so naturally I went exploring with the multimeter and a signal generator.
Turns out the U.FL rf connector had been installed backward at the factory. It was shorting both the antenna and the preamp input to ground!
After removing and reversing the connector I had a working preamp...for about 2 minutes. Then something went catastrophically wrong and I lost sensitivity again. A quick poke with a multimeter later and I determine I blew up this tiny inductor.
Internet sleuthing suggests its a wound ceramic of either 6.8nH or 22uH. Quite the difference.
Is anyone able to place an exact value? Perhaps someone could take a measurement if you have the equipment?
Appreciate any help you can give.
