I will be arriving to Korea with an approved F-4 visa. I plan to get a Korean prepaid phone number at the airport. I believe I will only be able to get a “tourist” phone number at the airport since I do not yet have a residence number.
I will then go to immigration to apply foreceive my digital resident number. I understand that I need to have a Korean phone number to be able to assign the digital resident number to my unique phone number.
*** My question: will I be able to get my digital resident number and assign it to my temporary prepaid “tourist” phone number? *** After I get the resident number, I plan to change over my phone plan to a local, postpaid plan.
It seems like I might be in a circular reference (similar to trying to open a new bank account, but ned a resident phone number. Can’t get a resident local postpaid phone number without a bank account.)
Has anyone had success with the new digital residence card numbenew phone and subsequently opening a new bank account?!?!

Hello!
Recently bought a copy of undertow second hand, and I'm loving it! Mostly played solo so far though.
Even though I love the game, I feel like I have plenty of game until I'd feel the need to expand much. I'd mostly just want to get 2 (or maybe 3) gearloc expansions to make playing 4p a viable move every once in a blue moon, just in case. I will probably not go all in on the game either.
From what I've seen from the character packs, Nugget, Static, and Carcass seem the most interesting. I've also heard that Ghillie is supposed to be really strong. Any recommendations of who to get? If it matters I will probably mostly play solo, sometimes duo, and rarely 4p

Hey, iam from Germany and they blocked my main Banking Account (Volksbank) because of security issues... But i fortunately always have Cash Money for shit cases like this.. but now i have to pay a important pill i forgot.. i am overdue now.. I also have a KLARNA Bankaccount but is there a possibillity to get Cash money on that Klarna Bankaccount to pay the bill?

I'm making pizza and I plan to cook some bacon before chopping it up and throwing it on the pizza. New experiment as I normally just do pepperoni. Problem is I hate only cooking a couple slices and then leaving a open bacon container in a baggy to keep it good. It upsets the tism.
Was planning on just cooking it all but I realized I don't actually know how to store it. I always see them in shakers at the store but those are out in the aisle. Can I just throw it in a used powdered cheese container and leave it or does it need to go in the fridge? Does container matter or can I use the before mentioned one?
Meal prep items like this has always been beyond me, but I'm hoping to change that here.

so for background context i'm currently working full time while doing a pt degree in psych, in my 2nd yr. Looking to graduate in 2027 hopefully. My current ft job's salary is not rly high just 2.4k bfore cpf so after its pretty much less than 2k already. I'm still in the young 20's range, however i have plans to get married by a certain age and that comes with plans for house etc etc. Money's abit tight cos i pay for my schl fees per sem & saving for other commitments. I was thinking of the route i'd wanna go after i get my bachelors in psych, was wonderimg if i'd wanna pursue a masters ifff i do even get the gpa to qualify for it, but after some thought decided not to as it takes time and more money which i'd rather just go straight into work. Was looking at the HR sector cos i heard its fairly common for psych degree grads to switch to HR. Just wanted to know how HR jobs are like and if I'm able to enter with a psych degree (given if i took HRM for a minor). Is it only based on commissions for some roles or there is a base pay? Sorry for the typos i'm just sick rn lol

I need to vent because the job market has been an absolute mess. I’m going on two years of applying, trying to pivot into a better-paying role with decent health coverage. It’s been brutal. But recently, things have started looking up—after a year of nothing but crickets, I’ve finally been getting interviews. I’ve already done three this year!
The most recent one was for a Project Manager role, and it seemed to go well. Toward the end, I asked the recruiter a pretty standard question: What’s the salary range for this position?
Cue the awkward pause. Finally, the recruiter says they can’t disclose the range because it’s confidential.
I was like… What? So I asked why.
Their answer? “Due to confidentiality reasons.”
Are you kidding me? How the hell am I supposed to decide if I want to work for this company if I don’t even know what they’d pay me? I’m interviewing for a Project Manager role, not the CIA.
After some back and forth, the recruiter finally says, “The range is between $75K and… experience.”
Excuse me, what? $75K to experience? That’s not a range—it’s complete nonsense.
At that point, I told the recruiter I wasn’t comfortable moving forward. Transparency is important to me, and this was a massive red flag.
I know my worth, and I’m not about to let some company screw me over. But it’s so frustrating because I know not everyone can afford to walk away. Some people might waste their time going through 10 rounds of interviews, only to have their face dragged through the mud to rejection—or to be paid way below market value.
It’s just so disappointing. We need better transparency and labor laws in the U.S

Easiest way I explain to dipshits why they have to tip me is this: The fees are what you pay DoorDash and the restaurant to make your order. DoorDash gets a fee for letting you use their app, the restaurant makes a piece for letting DoorDash in their restaurant. THE TIP is what you PAY ME to go get your food in MY car and bring it to you.
If your food sits and doesn’t get picked up, it’s because you paid for everything but the actual delivery. The tip IS the delivery fee.
Anyway DoorDash is ass. They can suck an egg.
